Let me start with the customer service here is AWESOME......I just wish the food match their energy because it was awful not all of it but most of it especially the jambalaya,the cole slaw looked like soup and the portion of brisket they gave was hilarious,the potato salad definitely tasted store bought no complaints about the ribs other than them running out.....we traveled from Texas only to be disappointed this was by far my worse experience with them hopefully it gets better I would still give them another try if I was starving

Very disappointed in Shane's! This is the only place I buy my crawfish from! I had a pound of crawfish legs, alot of old overcooked crawfish, and they were not fresh! Very disappointed! I don't like being that person, but when I spend my money at your establishment, and you tell me that they are cooked when ordered, I expect them to be steaming hot! I asked for light seasoning, that didn't happen either, because they weren't fresh they were already seasoned🙄🤷 I won't ever let this happen again, can't take someone's word! I will be always check my crawfish before I walk out that door! Do it right or give me a refund🤷 VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I have been eating with Shane's for years bringing my out of town guest to there place, I g there every Sunday but thus Sunday order my usually 2 meat rib and chicken double Cole salt. My chicken was ok, my rib were burnt to a crisp could not eat because they were so hard and the had a smell and taste spoiled I called the same day I got they told me to bring back I said I was not going to bring back that they but I would it should have been noted on there end that I called I had my receipt and everything, thinking they would make good on what was wrong oh know they say 10 percent on a 22.50 order which is 2. 25 cent no way that all they can do. What they should have done is replace the ribs arw given credit for a order of ribs which was same price of the ribs I brought, I will never eat there again poor customer service spoiled food silver Star is open there us where I will spend tmy money and carry my out of top guest. I was horrible for them say only a 10 percent they could credit. They loss me and others may not mean nothing to them to lose a customer but people work hard for there money to get spoiled food,, from a restaurant, then to insult me by says all they can give is 10 percent. Check you food whoever reading this to make sure it is not spoiled etc. I will never eat there again never I mean never

Family style restaurant, order first, find a table, then food will come to you. Jambalaya is a bit salty, but the portion is generous. The crawfish pie does not have much filling, but the crust is good. Chicken Sausage Gumbo is just alright. However, I really enjoy the cornbread.

Our first and last time ordering “bbq” here. Sadly everything was extremely bland, the turkey was very dry, our child choked on the chicken because the piece they had was dry, the brisket was dry and very underwhelming. There was zero flavor or bbq flavor at all.
We knew we were in for a less desirable dinner when we couldn’t smell bbq through the containers.

Great littke home feel. Foot was awesome. Decently priced. Serve a variety of things. I got the blackened shrimp and they were cooked to perfection. Not dry at all. Fiance got barbecue sandwich and he said it was really good. We drove 5 hours and was just looking for something good and quick. Definitely recommend!
