Very unprofessional; they had two young ladies to night that lied and said they were the manager and wasn't while give someone our spot while we seat at the bar and wait another 30 mins... Kobe isn't what it use to be; very unorganized and not sympathy towards others that had to wait. I would suggest getting a team that is atmosphere friendly and knows how to multitask! Won't be going back!

Well I’d like to start by saying the chef was awesome! Unfortunately that’s where anything pleasant to say ends. While out yo enjoy a birthday dinner with my family we encountered SEVERAL issues. First being a waitress who seeminglyy had a problem believe it or not … don’t her job. First snark remark was after a member of our party Changed his mind about his initial order which happens and simply wanted to add a soup to his order. She looked at him and said “well you just said you didn’t want soup”. Obviously rude and unnecessary. That was ignored we continued to enjoy ourselves. Second came when it was time to pay. She incorrectly split the bill and we reexplained the breakdown of how we’d like it done. She then begins to argue with us and said “well at first you said it was you and that guy all the way af the end of the table”. Another task that coulda have easy just simply be have been fixed with a “ok I’ll get that fixed right away”. Instead she sat there with the incorrect checks and argued. So we asked for a manger. It got worse from here and we began to see why she was acting in the manner she was. The manger comes to the table and immediately says “she said she wasn’t arguing”. Mind you the issue hasn’t even been explained from us at least. He also had slurred speech and couldn’t really communicate clearly. So I explain what happened and even ended it with “I don’t want to get her in trouble just thought you should know how we are being treated”. So we head to the front to pay and that’s when i see him behind the bar indulging an alcoholic beverage. I ask him does he think it’s professional to drink on the clock and manage a restaurant, customers and staff. He then gets upset and says verbatim “please don’t come back you are trouble”! Amazed that this is how you treat PAYING customers. Me and my family payed and left capping off what should be a joyous birthday dinner embarrass and shame!

1/5 review with only getting a 1 because of the chef and the food. Manger/owner was literally drinking at the bar and treated me and my family rude. Actually told me “just don’t come back”. Waitress argued with the table several times about meaningless things. Customer service was putrid. Def won’t be going back to spend my hard earned money EVER!

We went for our annual Galentine event. We really enjoyed our witty chef. I would highly recommend taking your friends and family for a wonderful experience. The food was excellent.Kid-friendliness: Children would really enjoy how the chef engages with you, while he prepares your meals.

The food was top-notch. We ordered the hibachi steak and shrimp and it was wonderful. The fried rice was excellent. You could tell everything was very fresh and the sushi was excellent. Absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend the sushimi....

We are visiting from out of town and stopped by to have dinner for old times sake but this place seems to have gone down hill. Fried rice was mushy, no dipping sauces, grill didn't seem hot enough. The server and Chef were nice though.

I had the chef special. There was just a little to much sauce on the chicken. Other wise very good!

Service was slow but otherwise the food was good. We sat in the back because someone was in there with a fake service dog (barking at us when we came in) but otherwise good.
