I travel all around the the States and this smoothie king is one of the worst.
I know it's hard hiring people but workers with no enthusiasm for life and for service it's hard to spend my money here.
Lucky for them there the only ones close to me. I feel like the owner hired their family to work there they entitled attitude I come in every morning and dont feel welcomed the greating is fake as hell and make me feel Hella weird. But beside that doesn't take long for them to make a good smoothie so there's still some kind of love I suppose.

Employees here never listen. When you ask for a foam cup they should give you a foam cup. This happens so much. Get to the window and it’s in a plastic cup, asked about the foam cup and they just handed me a cup and no lid instead of just transferring the smoothie to the cup. So naturally the smoothie is straight liquid when I get it to whom it belongs to.

Was disappointed with overall experience. First the ordering was unfriendly and whoever took my order was having trouble explaining my order to me so someone else had to step in. Second never received my full order and had to leave after 15 minutes of waiting for a piece of toast . It just seems like making a smoothy and a piece of toast should be quit simple ? Anyway just my opinion . I do like how they have assigned spacing for vehicle having to wait on their toast though .

It takes longer than expected to make your smoothie! There are 5 people working and been standing here for 20 mins while they clean and take care of car line (which there was nobody out there when we put our order in), now 30 mins pass we get our order and they completely get 2 of 3 wrong..... SMH.... Now we here waiting longer

The girl taking our order was very polite and pleasant. That makes SUCH a difference!

This is my third time coming to this location in the past three weeks, and each time I walk into the store, I am not greeted. Today, I walked in and all three ladies looked up and directly at me when I entered the and neither one of them said hello… not a word. I waited about 2 minutes and then I greeted them and ask if it was ok if I placed an order. I’m not sure what it is but I will not be coming back to this location again. Kindness is easy and it’s doesn’t take a lot to smile and welcome a person into your business. I am tipper but I refuse to leave them a tip.
