Terrible service. Robots should take over. The carhops that work at this location have no customer service skills and clearly the fish rots from the head. They don’t care because they haven’t been trained to. Terrible, terrible service from a location that used to be stellar. I regret spending my money here.

You don’t have anything better to do with your time.” Can’t unring the bell, just do better. Do a job you love so you can treat people better.

My husband took our grandson their after baseball practice to get a chicken basket and pushed botton was told he could not order he would have to order thru the app. My husband Does Not Do Apps. So je left. He said he could tell thru her voice they didnt wanna help customers. These are individualy owned. And by looking reviews this place doesn't have a very good reputation. So that means it is Managed Poorly. So I would say the Manager needs to go. And the next step would be Regional mgr. Managers don't follow up on any issues Like they should. So ir goes unoticed when mgr has no concern for customers it trickles to employees. Time to get Home Office involved.....

Worst sonic i’ve ever been to. Everytime I come they always get my order wrong even if it’s simple as just drinks & you can never order at the stalls. Not to mention everyone’s attitudes are always nasty. Food is always cold when you get it like it’s been sitting. They just honestly need to close this sonic down

Server (car hop) has the absolute worst attitude that we have ever seen here! As the door would open you can hear her cussing and complaining about ‘us’ customers. We know where we won’t be coming back to! Why can’t we place an order here? We HAVE to order on the app. It’s always this one sonic that always has problems!
Absolutely horrible service. First off i understand if yall are only taking orders from the app, but there is absolutely no need to cut someone off 4 times and immediately hung up the speaker. Took 5 times of buzzing and having to also CUT HER OFF WHILE SPEAKING to inform her I did order through the app and I’m checking in. Currently been waiting 35 minutes for a damn shake. Food runner was very helpful but whoever is on headset today as of 4pm April 12th needs better training in customer service because this is absolutely unacceptable.
