Car hop Jasalyn didn't even ATTEMPT to give me correct change for my order. Gave her a 5 for a happy hour drink and she handed me 3 dollars and just walked off.

Worst sonic ever. Placed a mobile order 20 minutes ahead. Got there, checked in after 7 minutes i asked for a refund. The lady comes out look strung out asking how i placed the order. Then said oh I’ll make it fresh. No ma’am that defeats the purpose of “Order ahead” ! Then i asked for a receipt of refund. She gives me her coworker receipt. The whole 10 minutes was horrible from yelling over the intercom to no food!

Will not go back to this location, their service is horrible. Got home ice cream was milk. No whip cream. Called the manager to Tell her. She hung up on me.
