Whoever was in Charge on 2/24/25, the lady was very rude and short. I get busy days but she was not very accommodating on what she could do, and didn’t give me a solution. Go to the one on Barksdale like she told me to do.

2 hours before closing they make everything unavailable in the app so no mobile orders can be placed which means we can't use the discounts we have. Then they tried to negotiate with us and said they are only willing to make drinks for us tonight. But whenever I placed a pickup doordash order, they immediately started working on the items that were previously unavailable...

I’m at stall 15 since 1:30 iit’s 2:15 right now still waiting I just stopped a runner to see why it’s taking so long, NOW she said that I wasn’t checked in when I was at 1:40 the name is on the screen it’s a pick up he just ordered from his phone 3-RT 44 ice cheeseburger that’s it!! Just got it now at 2:23 but for her to blame me like I didn’t talk to the lady and had his name up that long smh Anything like we’re backed up, not covered in kitchen anything I would of understood, but to point the blame on the person waiting that long isn’t right!!

This particular restaurant is the worst fast food restaurant on Airline Drive. I’ve never had a good experience here. I went this morning at opening just to get practically screamed at by what I can guess is the manager when I asked what time they open since it was past opening time she screamed at me again and said when my Cook gets here. I just drove off. Went down the street to Burger King and had my food within three minutes.
On a sidenote, the reason that this business is failing is because whoever is doing the hiring is Shiesty and a liar. I know somebody personally with a college degree in restaurant management +8 years of experience, managing restaurants. This particular sonic offered her a job and told her she would be making up to 65 or $72,000 a year Once she actually got the job and started training. She was told it would actually be only $17 an hour and she might get a bump after training. This is exactly why the managers that are there are rude as hell. Don’t want to do their job and the profits will continueto dwindle until this place completely fails. Bad business practices all around.

I sat at the window for 15 minutes and no one ever came over the intercom to take my order. I called the store to see if the stall I was in was broken and the girl I spoke to was very rude and told me there were other people there and I told her I realize that but there were cars that came in after me and had already gotten there food and left. Will never go back to sonic. I chose to spend my lunch break there and had the worst experience ever! I will discourage anyone from ever going there! I understand it is a busy time but there is no need to be rude to people! If I could have left no stars I would have but I had to at least pick one star!

Ordered a diet drink tasted like chemicals horrible asked for different diet drink still tasted bad so I ask for a refund from manager Mrs Harris so she came back with attitude I asked her what wrong she said no one has complained about drinks all day I asked her why she implied that iam lying an why she is being so rude she turned an gave me two middle fingers right in front of there security cameras worst attitude disrespectful sonic I’ve seen!!!!!!

I went. Today to buy the same thing. I drink ice water with cherries and lemons in it almost every day. When the woman came out with my drink, she said it was $2. I asked her why $2 (it was happy hour). She said water isn't included in happy hour . I looked at her and shook my head. Because I knew it was a lie. Because I come here almost every day to buy the same thing, Someone didn't know the price or someone is putting money in their pocket
