This place used to be good now, it's horrible. The food is nasty like the grease needs changed. Almost all the monitors outside are off, and the ones that are on the touch screen dosent work or the card readers can't read a card plus the mics they use to talk to you don't work half the time and the employees say they can here me when ordering. This place was recently updated outside, but I guess it went the wrong way after the remodel. The other sonic down at 2802 Barksdale is better and more friendly.

My husband and I stopped at this sonic on barksdale Blvd going back home to ringgold. First of all the service was awful. The lady that answers the order board was rude and slow. Second we get our order and drive home. Whenl we get home and open our order we received the wrong burgers but worse of all were the fries and tater tots. They were fried so hard we could not eat them. They were as hard as rocks and I'm not exaggerating. Please please please do not eat at this location.

I love this sonic but Gavin upset me this time!!! He questioned my order! I ordered a twisted flamingo with added black carmel bubbles like always. I believe he thought it was gross! ? I was like have you tried it??? He didn’t respond! I like what I like dude! Try it you might decide you like it! Who gives you the right to judge me!!!!!?????!!!!!! I come here every morning on my way to work and see Logan or Courtney and they are always amazing!!!! I love them!!!!

Worst sonic I’ve been to hands down, they’ve gotten my order wrong here so many times I don’t waste my time anymore and would rather drive to the further Sonic down the street
this Sonic is terrible. most of the time they get my drink order wrong. They also, on average, take way too long to bring out the food. Then my experience on 8/29/24 took the cake. Not only did I have to wait a very long time, but they also forgot my kids chicken and then tried to claim they didn't, so I had to open the bag and show them the proof.

Absolutely let down by the trip in today. The breakfast burritos that we normally order had all their eggs cooked like a burnt omelettes. Dry and nasty. Many of our tots were also busted up. Absolutely trash. Literally threw the burritos away. Waste of money, inedible.
