I would give 0 stars if I could. We waited over 30 mins for our food and half of it was missing or made wrong. PLUS they had no ketchup, how can you eat tater tots WITHOUT ketchup?!?!?!? Waist of time and my money. And when my husband tried to get the order corrected he saw multiple employees standing around on their phones. And to top it all off the manager questioned my husband and our order with hostility!!!!!!!

I came in last week during happy hour and there was only one carhop working. But everything came out quick, hot, and just as fast as normal. I think the carhops name was Peyton. Very sweet girl. Will definitely come back! My wife and me love the watermelon slushes! Definitely our favorite Sonic! Hope they make watermelon a permanent flavor on the menu!

The last three times I've been here, I've waited too long. The time before my last food was overly greasy and my hot dog undercooked because they didn't cook it right. I'm tired it, so I will not recommend anymore

Never had a bad experience here until tonight. I ordered an Oreo Blast and was told “we’re short staffed so we can’t make that.” I understand that places can be understaffed, but saying you can’t make what a customer wants is crazy. I then asked for a Dr. Pepper and they said “it’ll be a while.” Worst experience I’ve had here.

Wish u could give yall 0 stars. Just got my order of 2 things, took yall 20 mins to order and get it out to me and it’s MELTED MY ICE CREAM IS MELTED. Will never come back here. And calling corporate. Hate to sound like a Karen but I’m spending my hard earned cash on this for it to be melted

Only one order screen on the Brookshire side works and very few on the other side. I pulled into four spots before I finally just pressed a button on a blank screen and made an order. It's just ridiculous but the service was great. Blast 99% ice cream with only a sprinkle of candy on top. Should've just bought a milkshake for that much plain ice cream.

Every time I come to this location multiple windows are down. It's common to pull into one spot and find it down, usually have to back up and re park 2-3 times before I get to a working screen. So annoying, why not just put out yellow cones in the lanes that do not work! It's ridiculous honestly how long and often this happens , Im pretty sure I'm not the only person that has complained about this. It's at this point with such a repeated problem that I ask myself why has managment not resolved this problem? I mean come on, how much would it really cost to get cones to shut down lanes. At this point it just a pure lack of leadership and not caring that's going on. This has been a problem for years. Do better Sonic!!

Slooooowest sonic ever. Just to place my order I had to wait 5 minutes. The food took 20 minutes to come and it was wrong TWICE. I was here at least 30 minutes. This is ridiculous! It's like this every time I come here, im done giving this place chances
