I ordered ice cream for my children. Tony took our order stated the ice cream machine was broken. The vehicle in the next stall ordered and received ice cream. Tony also delivered my order. I questioned him about it and he replied, "sometimes the machine works and sometime it doesn't." I'm not sure if the reason he didn't fulfill our initial order was because he was lazy or the machined was being cleaned for the night or what. His response led me to believe there is some type of injustice in the whole ordeal. I have determined, based upon this experience not to return to store 4140 based on how my children was treated and Tony's failure to provide equal service to my family as valued customers.Kid-friendliness: Not!

Absolutely phenomenal! Our carhop, Logan, was incredibly kind and an absolute star! Our food was hot and fresh and the outdoor seating looked spotless! Everyone at this location deserves a high five and a bigger tip than I was able to give. Thank y'all so much!

Such a shame that Subway is going out of business, but do they really have to do it by charging $50 for two footlongs and a six inch? Our family will miss you, Subway, but we’ll never be back. I could open my own franchise for what it would cost to eat there for a year.

Went and ordered two of the bacon peppercorn ranch burgers and both were burned. Could not eat the burgers and fries were cold. Threw the whole dinner in the trash. Waste of money. Will not return.
