Size of the pieces of chicken for the price you pay is shameful.
Far to expensive for fried chicken. Although the food is very good I've cut orders from once a month to twice a year

Good food and customer service.
The workers are veryyy rude, disrespectful, & argumentative. We asked for spoons that we didn’t receive to eat our sides with and it was a problem . The lady proceeded and yelled that the spoons were in the boxes in which they were not . We needed 3 & they only gave 2 like we were lying about not having the spoons or wanted to take them home or something . Still didn’t get the other spoon we needed soo we had to stop somewhere else just to get a spoon that they didn’t give . We always stop through here when we are passing through traveling but this was my last time visiting or spending any of my money here . They are very rudeee and disrespectful.
Chicken is fantastic!
Fries should be upgraded tho.

Love this place!! The chicken and other food items have always been so hot and fresh EVERY single time I've come, which is on a weekly basis! The employees always greet you and then tell you to have a great day before you leave. It's so nice to constantly go to a place, and the employees don't ever have bad attitudes. Give them a raise, please!!! Five stars!!!

I was in Shreveport for work. Never had this chicken. When a local told me how good it was , I had to try it. Drive thru line was extremely long. Went to the window and ordered a 2 piece dinner. When I got back to the hotel ( 10 min) drive, it was still hot, fresh, juicy!! Please open up in NC!
