Went to the drive thru Sunday, no one at the store, had to wait cuz they was too busy to take my order, yet not a single person was there so after 5 mins I drove off, place is a joke

Ordered 10 piece mix with mashed potatoes and a small Cajun rice from the airline site. I got all dark and the Cajun rice was loaded with water. Try to complain by phone when i got home to Blanchard, but they would not answer the phone. I drove there the next day. I presented my receipt with pictures and the manager Sabrina acted like it was my fault. Then she said, well it should have been 5 white and 5 dark. She stated, i give you just the white pieces. When i got home there was only four pieces in the box. And she's the manager???? I guess i should have stayed with popeyes our KFC!!!

This place doesn't even have a dining room. I stopped by there because they have their bluff in on so many people of ArkLaTex. I bought two piece dinner. It was cold by the time I got home, and I reheated it in oven, NOT microwave. The pieces were very small. They must have harvested half-grown chickens. The meat was passable, nothing special.

This will be the second time that I've gone to this Southern Classic and my order has purposely been ordered wrong. I work near this one. A couple times out of the week during lunch hours I always order the same thing A JUMBO COMBO ALL WINGS WITH A STRAWBERRY FANTA NO ICE. And every time I got I'm given two breat and one wing. On top of that the fries were not fresh and the chicken tasted like either the grease needed to be changed or the chicken sat up, probably after the lunch rush. Also they obviously were out of wings and didn't want to drop fresh ones so they gave me what they had. I'm always very polite when I go and I've tried to let it slide the only reason I didn't dispute today because I had to return to work. Just go the one on North Market in my opinion it's the next closest one. Also my regular all wings meal is usually 12 dollars whenever im given the breast I'm charged 14

The Southern Classic Fried Chicken was packed with 40 to 50 orders. I ordered 32 pieces on chicken 5 Large sides and I was in and out within 14 minutes. The Customer Service was amazing and Top Notch.
