I absolutely love this Starbucks. They’re always so friendly and they’re always just smiling and then they were really really hard and today they dressed up like their boss so I’m gonna post that picture but go there and get your coffee. You won’t regret it.

Jordan was rude when I had to explain politely that my drink was wrong. Never said sorry. Never said thank you. Was just ticked that I would say my drink was wrong. This is unacceptable. I ordered correctly and politely asked for it to be remade when it was wrong. Why do we have to pay hard earned money to people and use our manners when they don’t have to use manners or even get it right. I will be filling out the Starbucks survey when it comes to my email. And will not darken the door of this store again.

I placed an order through the app before I left my home. It took me 15 minutes to get here and I get here and 20 minutes has passed and I am still waiting. If I knew it was going to take almost an hour out of my day to get coffee I could have went through the drive thru at McDonalds. The team is working hard but they need additional staff.

I could tell everyone was busy and moving, but I could also tell they were taking a little bit of their time getting to customers by standing around and conversing/laughing. Once my order was taken, I received my items quickly and they tasted great though.
We have monthly meetings here and it conveniently located.

Shreveport is (was, depending on when you're reading this) under ANOTHER boil advisory and it seemed like EVERYONE was at this location. The attitudes and service were amazing. Baristas were handling it like pros. They could use a raise. Tip your baristas sometimes ☕?

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYBODY unless you have patience. And here's why.........This all happened on January 10th...... we put in our order through the Starbucks app roughly around 9:30am. I think after 30 minutes to an hour my friend went to THIS location to pick it up.1st attempt: When he arrived only ONE of the 4 drinks were ready and DID NOT see my sandwich. He came back annoyed.2nd attempt: My other friend went to see where the other drinks were and she came back with the rest and she DID NOT see my sandwich either.3rd attempt: Now, it was my turn to see what was the hold up. When I arrived there, my sandwich was NO WHERE to be seen. I told the workers that I DID NOT see my sandwich and they looked at me very confused. Like..... why would I lie about that?!?! So, the worker went to the area to prepare it and there was so many other order's that were never prepared. She prepared mine and I immediately walked out when I received it.I can see why I never order from this location. ?
