I arrived 42 minutes before you close. Kayleigh took my order like an absolute slob. She had me wait while she did her side work first before taking my order. The. She proceeded to mop the floor before making my drinks. She didn’t wash her hands between the mop and putting her hands in the ice to make my drink. Do your employees understand health laws?

Employees are rude and they make up their own hours. Kaley closed early tonight because she felt like counting down her drawer early. She informed me of this after she took her earbuds out to actually communicate with me, the customer. I asked what her managers name was and she put her earbuds back in and walked off. Typical disgruntled Louisiana employee ?

This starbucks has to be the worst one. First problem is they only ever have one person working so the employee even getting to take your order takes FOREVER. Second problem is the employees are rude. They act like it is the biggest inconvenience to do their job. Third problem is they have gotten our drinks wrong the last 3 times we have been. And its not like we order anything complicated, we order straight from the menu with no extra add ons or anything and they still get it wrong. The employees need to get fired or retrained and they need to hire more for busy days/hours.

Honestly I’ve never been compelled to write a bad review but this was just blatantly rude. I walk up and ask “are you open?” The girl gives me a look and says nothing. So I ask again, this time she completely ignores me. It says this location closes at 9pm and this was at about 645pm. If you own this location I would serisiily consider terminating employment for your Sunday closer. She is single handily costing you more than she’s making you.Sincerely,A concerned customer

They list that they are open till 9pm, but the lazy employees close early. Employee told me she had to be out by 9, but no business lists their time open to the exact minute that their employee has to leave. It's just really frustrating to waste time and fuel driving their for them to not make your drinks. Change your business hours or correct the employees to do business during listed times.

Ordered on the app, left from work, paid an extra $3 for cold foam that they didn’t put on there. Couldn’t get a refund.

Worst starbucks service I have ever received. I placed a mobile order in the store because barista was not paying attention. I Waited more than 30 minutes for an order when there were no customers in line. Someone placed an order and they got their drinks made before mine. Barista made drinks wrong and had to remake them because she doesn’t know the recipes. This starbucks needs better trained baristas with experience.

I went to this location because it closes at 9. I got there around 7:50 and was told that I couldn’t get a sandwich because the ovens were turned off. I could understand if it had been 8:50. The seating area was nice though.

The whole atmosphere has upgraded. the new manager Sam always goes the extra mile and is super friendly . I love it & will deff be coming back daily for more
