Literally been coming here for a few weeks since I moved to dogwood. There is always a line but don’t plan on getting in it unless you are ok with waiting 15-20 mins for your coffee. Today I went by after waiting 15 mins (with an order ahead) I took a sip of my venti coffee that mind you isn’t cheap and there were curdles of heavy cream in it! I was going to go back but with two babies in the back seat I was unable to. I threw the coffee away and mind you the curdles were like little nuggets of butter. So nasty. Never again I’ll drive a little further and go to another location because this one just ain’t it. I wish I could post picture of the coffee because your damn right I took one!

Been to this location many times and it never fails to be #1 in the slowest Starbucks in the nation. They really need to bring in a manager from a busy city outside of Louisiana to teach them how to properly run a starbucks. Slow service will lead to loss of revenue due to loss of customers.

Always takes forever and constant issues with drink being made incorrectly. CALVIN is always so rude. CALVIN and other staff always just act like you're bothering them. Like you being a customer is an inconvenience.

CALVIN IS THE RUDEST!! Slowest and rudest starbucks in the area. I've been going to this location for over 4 years and there's always issues. Longer than normal wait times, drink is made wrong about 30 percent of the time and they don't just remake your drink they make you go to the back of the line. So after waiting 35 plus minutes for your drink to begin with, then the drink is made wrong, then you have to wait even longer to have drink remade. Today was the last day I'll ever step foot inside this location
This is the slowest location I have ever been to. 30+ minutes in the drive through is insane. And we only used the drive thru because my husband stood inside for almost 10 minutes without even being greeted.

The slowest Starbucks in history, 7-9 cars in front of me, I mobile ordered and took over 25 minutes to get to the window…..and they still hadn’t made my drink. I Thought it would be a one time thing but it’s every time, weather there’s a line or not. I know that drive thru timer stays red for them, but what is being done about it? Clearly nothing. Employees are usually nice. Seems as if this is where they send all the new people in training. Figure it out management/corporate.

They let you order on the app when the inside is close so you have to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru to get your drink. If they’re gonna do this maybe you should turn off the mobile ordering.
