Attempted to order a simple cold brew coffee. The gentleman said, "Sorry, we do not have any brewed coffee"What?!?!?You are a COFFEE shop!I would recommend Starbucks in Kroger on Airline Drive or PJ's Coffee also located on Airline Drive

The young black lady and the goofy looking white boy were very very rude, slamming my drink and straw down. Very unpleasant attitude. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. It’s Christmas Eve what horrible service. Seriously.

It is 7:40 pm Tuesday and several cars in front of us going through drive thru, it is CLOSED! Change your hours on the website if you are not going to be open. This was the second Starbucks we have gone to and the other one (Airline Drive) was also CLOSED!!!!

This is the worst Starbucks in the area. The drinks never taste the same and I have had to get mine remade twice in one day. It was a straight menu item. No extras or add ins. I'd rather drive the extra miles to go to Airline Dr.Parking: The location of this Starbucks makes it difficult at times to get back on to the main road. And when the delivery truck parks in the driveway it is even harder to watch for cars when pulling out onto the road

If I could rate this a 0 zero I would waited 15 min to serve us 8 min to get our order then another 12 min to get me one drink that wasn't even right!!

I saw one of the baristas go to the Target bathrooms with their green apron on. They also have horrible customer service everytime I have went. I avoid this place entirely because they overcharged me for a green tea and rung me up for the wrong drink instead and I had to correct them at the end of the counter.
