Placed a mobile order on the subway app and was they were out of the two most common meats ham and cheese. Not one sub was ready after placing order and heading over when they weren’t busy 15 minutes later. Girl behind the counter was talking to her S.O. on speaker and not giving the customer their attention. Also there’s never a manager around to make sure employees are doing a good job. I‘ll be hitting up Firehouse, Jersey Mike‘s or Jimmy John‘s before going here again.

Sat down to eat my tuna sandwich. It was made very messy but is good. I was the only customer in store. I was chatting with my grand daughter on video. Young ladies were swearing. Dropped 4 f bombs. I finally gave them both the look. Very disappointing ? went to use restroom. It was gross. Just left.

We have to wait the employee was too busy giving his family free foodAnd didn't wait ony sister for about 30 min's or so cus he was busy with his family giving and told my sister she would have to wait till he was finish with his family which we didn't appreciate that at all. Went in with my 8 and 5 year old. No one was in the front when we walked in my daughter said she had to use the restroom, so I went to take her. The manager Kristen popped her head out to yell at my kids and I saying it’s not a public bathroom. Extremely rude made my kids cry. The other employees were shocked and apologized. I proceeded to tell her we were waiting to order but she cut me off and told us to get out.

A black fruit fly looking bug flew on my food as the employee was making my sandwich. He didn't even see it and continued to make the sandwich. I had to tell him a bug was on the bread. I definitely wouldn't advise ordering through a delivery service because the employees are not paying attention. I was about to eat a sandwich with a bug on it. Absolutely disgusting.

The young lady Chloe I believe was her name, was so sweet and polite. She was very patient and didn't try to rush. She took her time on making sure my sand was made the right way. I will 100% be going back to this Subway just to have her make my food. Thank you Chloe.

Subway skimps on meat. Its absolutely pitiful. Go spend 15$ at the grocery store and make a real sandwich.

It's 725pm 3/10/22 ThursThe young man CJ is awesome. Respectful and makes a great sandwiches.Takes his time and make sure they right. The young lady working with him tonight is rude to him in front of customers. Unacceptable . I suggest upper management look at the video for corrections
