Okay, so we were on our way back to DFW from Gatlinburg and found this place for a quick bite. Cheese quesadilla missed cheese ... lol, like absolutely no cheese!! Sad!
Drink had some syrup that was so stale I suppose we just had to dump it.
Staff: I feel sad for them, on a thanksgiving holiday they had to work so obviously their frustration levels are high, but unfortunately they show it on customers.
Overall a bad experience at this outlet

I drove through yesterday, and I picked up a barf bag special. I figured I’d give this dump a try.
Two crunchy tacos were cold. And the cantina crunchy taco was a puzzle mystery. I could have gone somewhere else to throw away $10 It looked like it had been thrown on the floor and like always no napkins for this over priced garbage. I’m done Taco Bell

They messed up our order, and when we asked for it to be corrected, the staff acted like we were the problem. No apology, barely any communication, just straight-up attitude. It took three separate attempts to get the order right.
When we finally got our food, it was a total letdown. The tacos were stale, tasted like burnt oil, and barely had any meat in them. After everything, we couldn’t even eat it, it was that bad. Between the rude service and the awful food, this was just a completely disappointing experience. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I did not know how to use the kiosk to order my food . I asked for help then she proceeded on her phone right pass me in the kitchen area and ignored me . I finally got her attention and she rudely responded you don’t know how to do it and rolled her eyes . She talked to me if I was ignorant. I will never go to Taco Bell again . I’m from Houston I just moved here . The customer service here is the worse I have ever had

The management does not understand the laws about service animals. They asked for paperwork. There is no such thing has paperwork. All they can ask is 2 questions is that a service dog and what task does it help you with that is all.

We ordered a burrito supreme x2. My mom is 85 and a picky eater. She loves sour cream. I ordered the burrito thinking she would love it with the sour cream. We both had one bite with sour cream in it and it was the very last bite. They were average friendliness. Nothing extra. No extra smiles and barely any eye contact. They were doing their job and saving money by skimping on the sour cream I guess. Was that management or something else? With the prices of fast foods these days, skimping on the sour cream won't be getting new orders from us.
