I want to give a huge shout-out to Makayla, Tekia, and Chris at this Taco Bell. Every time I come in, they treat me with the kind of customer service you don’t see often anymore. They’re always welcoming, respectful, and quick, even when the store is busy or the drive-thru is packed.
Makayla is always patient and friendly — she makes sure my order is right and never rushes me. She has great energy and brings positivity to the whole place.
Tekia is super kind and professional. You can tell she takes pride in her job because she double-checks everything and makes sure customers leave happy. She goes above and beyond without even trying.
And Chris is just solid every time. Fast, polite, and always in a good mood. He keeps the line moving but still makes customers feel like they matter.
Together, this team makes this Taco Bell one of the best I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, the service is on point, and the atmosphere feels welcoming because of people like them. Management is lucky to have workers who care this much.

The employees we all standing around talking to each other not making food not paying attention to customers nothing. The place was disgusting looked like it Hadn't been cleaned all day, there was old food sitting out in the back on the counters. The girls behind the counter were just rude.
Most of the workers were outside talking, the food was...ok, 3 out of 10 for food and service.

tried to order just a beef & bean burrito it was impossible the young lady behind the counter did not know how to put the order in and the keyosk is never working

Can't get an order right. Didn't get the chips with one order didn't get a burrito didn't get our cheese sauce The people couldn't understand what we were saying they were too busy outside smoking a cigarette. They really need to make a zero star option.
