Ordered a Taco Bell Grande and it was poorly made. The topping were either horrible or missing. Thought since I was the only one in line it would have been made to the highest quality…. Well I was so wrong! Shortage on the nachos , more meat than chips, sour cream was not placed in the center. It was off to the side alone. Cheese was ok, had better at other restaurants. And what.. NO GREEN ONIONS!!!!! That was it for me. Trust me, to make this didn’t take that much energy to make, however, it killed them….

I ordered 4 beef chalupas at the drive-thru. The young lady asked me if I wanted chicken and I told her no, I wanted beef she said okay, and repeated my order back as beef. Got home and there were four chicken chalupas in the bag.

The guy Justin is extremely rude and doesn’t need to be working with customer service. I went 2 days in a row the first day he had a very nasty attitude was very aggressive just thought he was having a bad day then I went again the next day and it was even worse I don’t know what’s going on but he needs to learn customer respect it’s not a good look for Taco Bell at all.
On March 5th @1:08am The manger, Brandi, saw me at the speaker box and never answered myself and 2 other cars. I approached the window to confirm they were closed (after to asking at the speaker) and pretended to not see me as she stocked sauces in the drive thru. I will never be coming back.
