That $5 promotion was from a previous problem occurrence. Now corporate offerred $3, so way to short me $2 for back to back problems. The death of fast food is imminent.

Always check your bag when going drive thru!!! Missing items. Items looked like someone stepped on them! Went in to have order corrected and got a bunch of eye rolls and sass talk from the crew member as he was bringing my missing items. I didn’t need all that. I’m not asking for free stuff just give me what I paid for

So I walked into the lobby at 1030pm the lobby hours are until 11pm they all looked at each other like I caught them doing something the shouldn’t be. And one guy walks up and just looks at me so I start with my order and he says the lobby is closed.
I asked if I could walk through the drive through and the said that’s fine but the lobby is closed.
The hours are until 11pm not until your crew fills like. I’m sure the franchise owner wouldn’t want them to shut the lobby down before closing and not lock any doors. Smh can’t find anyone who wants to work

Usually this is by far the best Taco Bell arpund, but tonight must have been an off night! Food was smashed up, tortillas torn up, thrown in a bag, no condiments, and the girl at the window practically threw it at us without a word spoken or second glance! Window service needs work!

I do understand that something blew up last nite. What I don’t understand is how you are able to fill all door dash orders but not an order from the app? Essentially the same process just the person is personally coming to pick up food. You’re either closed or your not. Stop picking and choosing who you service.

I just encountered two of the rudest little girls at their drive through. Not only were they indignant but they also did not give me the correct order. Even after going inside the restaurant. Awful customer service skills.

Ordered three box meals. Only got a portion of two meals and not the third meal at all or the extra sides paid for. 8/23/2024 was the time I will frequent any Taco in this franchise as this seems to be a common problem around Shreveport and

This store was awesome.... however i said WAS. The decline in management is laughable. Let's say i was to be interviewed for a job and then the Police called on me? How does that look? I was not given a reason or rhyme.

Ordered a togo order before we got done eating, I sat and watched 3 different people, including 2 workers get their food before me and they all ordered after. I sat and waited at the counter for 15+ mins and finally had to say something about it. Then after about 5 more minutes of standing around they gave me the wrong order and it was another 10 min and 2 customers served before I finally got my order.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The carbonation is out on your soda machine, the four drinks I purchased were straight syrup. I tried to purchase extra sauce at the window bc I forgot to grab it in the app, the young woman at the window refused to allow me to pay for the two sauce packets bc “there's a line behind you” (there were two cars behind me).
Overall this Taco Bell is worse than many of the Taco Bells in the SBC area. It’s amazing that they're still in business. The owner of these stores needs to get off of their butt and actually go in and make sure their stores are running to standard. Next steps is a few emails to the corporate office.

Mention that your credit card machine is down before someone orders and waits in line. Then we order via the app and wait in line again, to then be told all systems are down. No refund of the $20+ we spent and no option to get it back.
