I did a meal for 4- the crunch wrap supremes literally nothing on them. Few things of lettuce, not even a spoonful of meat. Few diced tomatoes. It was horrible! Will never order that again. A lot of money to be disappointed. I took the meat out of the soft tacos to make it better. Quesadillas I have to tear apart with my hand and has a couple pieces of chicken. Think I’ll be taking a break from Taco Bell! Has happened several times in a row!! 😩 I miss the old days!

First of all, went through the drive thru and the lady taking our order was super rude and rushing us. Like miss ma'am chill out. No reason for the attitude. Also was missing food, all that rushing, if yall weren't trynna move so damn fast and double check your work then we'd have no problem. 30 years old working at taco bell, you should be mad at yourself not at the job. Will probably come back bc let's be real it's taco bell I don't expect it to be all that but still. Pissed me off.

I ordered using the Taco Bell app and it said that my order would be ready within 10 minutes. Apparently that does not matter. My order was $33 worth of food and it took me over 45 minutes from the time I placed my order until I had my food in my hand. They had only two people making food, which is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that they had a large order that was placed ahead of us however I’m standing in the store waiting on my food. I could’ve gone behind the counter and made it myself before I even got my food. I understand why they don’t have any Local franchise owner. Contact information posted anywhere because the service sucks when you use the app.

I asked of I could add a drink at the window and was told no, they don't add things at the window. Then sat for 10 minutes waiting on the order. We were given only 2 napkins and rude service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Taco Bell. When I made it to the pickup window, I was told that my item was unavailable. I asked if I could get another item of equal value since they were unable to refund me. When I received my food was thrown together. The portion sizes were wrong and the overall appearance and quality was substandard. The customer service was by far the worst I’ve experienced from your company. Taco Bell, please do better.

Employees just don’t care here. Messed up my order and didn’t know until I arrived home. Tried calling them to let them know but they never answer their phone. Poor service. So disappointed. I was just visiting family and am from out of state. Will not recommend this location.
The service was horrible me and my coworkers went into the establishment and we are of course African American they saw us waiting to make an order but they just watched us and no one tried to help us! But a young white gentleman came in she came from around the counter hugged him and immediately took his order! Then another white man walked in and she did the same the lobby was full of white people so I assume my race wasn’t wanted in that Taco Bell that was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life will not ever return!!!

It's Taco Bell. Can't give it 5 stars due to a slight inconvenience in being shorted a few items. But that was remedied a couple days later, not by refund, but by being given the food items I paid for. That's great and deserving of a good rating. Just not 5 because the cashier was also kind of rude and rushed us, only to short us a couple items. Check your bags before you leave the store, not when you get home. Thanks to the employee/shift manager that gave us the food we paid for 🤙
