Sat in drive thru for a total of 18 min to see the drive thru staff more concerned about her phone. Before leaving, looked to make sure we had our full order and of course we were missing food. Went inside to get our missing items and stood there approx. 10 more min.
3 weeks prior, they didn’t put all of my order in the bag so I called. The woman I spoke with said, “yes, we forgot it on the table. I will write your name on the board and when you want to come get it, just tell the staff it’s written on the board.” She failed to write it on the board so I was told, “sorry, we can’t do anything about it.”

I encountered a very rude manager today October 19, 2024 around 2:00p.m. at the Stockwell location. She was a black lady with a very short hairstyle who must be new because I've never seen her before. I frequent this location on a weekly basis and usually like the managers working there and have NEVER had a problem, but not today! Once I call & get her name and call corporate, I will be back with a name update. After going back the second time due to incompetency, I was basically met with it's not our fault your other food items will be cold by the time you get home, and this is how much the employees are supposed to put on your food item when I've gotten this item SEVERAL times in the past the same EXACT way, and there has always been way more meat than I got today! The first time I had to come back, they put rice on it when I asked for no rice and tried to say that I didn't during the second time I came back. When I went to get my phone out of the car as proof to show the order on their app, they had already discovered that I was telling the truth when I came back in! This was very unprofessional when that should have been done in the first place. Other unprofessional things that happened was how she, a WHOLE manager, proceeded to attempt to argue back and forth with me when another employee had already fixed the issue before she butted in. I told her that I didn't mind paying for extra meat, since I received so little, and that I would buy another one of the items that I was worried about getting cold, but she continued to try to argue. She also told me in a nasty tone, "And you can throw that in the trash!", referring to the item I had placed on the counter to show what was wrong. After that comment, I politely left it there and backed away from the counter. Isn't that their job, not the customer's??? I have never in my life heard a restaurant employee ask a customer to do that! Horrible, horrible service! I felt like the other manager working knew the other one was in the wrong because she gave me the other item for free instead of me having to repurchase it. This was really the only fast food place I liked in the area and hate that I had such a bad experience today.
I ordered using the Taco Bell app and got it for delivery USING THEIR APP, NOT A THIRD PARTY APP. The food was made wrong and after spending almost two hours trying to find a resolution, taco bell refused to remake my order AND refused to refund my food because I had "already recieved it". I got it for delivery. I can't bring it back. Thanks for screwing up my food AND keeping my money.

Don’t waist your time, horrible attitudes, unwelcome immediately upon walking through the door at 9:35 pm. I only eat once a day cause it’s all I can afford. Tried waiting for someone to take my order cause the kiosks are disgusting and they are talking about seeing how long I’ll wait to eat. No manners, no humanity.

I ordered 3 grilled cheese steak burritos for lunch and usually they are pretty good but when I took a bite and looked down at my burrito there was something long and clear sticking out of it blending in with the cheese. I pulled it out to look at it and it's a big peace of clear plastic like a piece of the straw paper in my burrito too big to ignore. I called about it because I couldn't go back to the store in person and no one answered. I left a message for someone to get back with me on it, no one ever did. I have pictures and video proof of the plastic in my burrito ??? I want my money back for it or just the burrito made the right way.

These ladies & gentlemen are super fast & always get our order right. I have never sat in drive thru longer than 4 minutes.
Parking: Getting in & out of this Taco Bell is somewhat a pain. When I come out of drive thru always have to turn right & go around cause traffic is too bad when turning left

This is the second time I've gone through the drive thru and been given the wrong food and not what I was charged for...you guys need to do a little better about checking whats been given out....its not really fair to get all the way home and find out you've been given the wrong food, and not only the wrong food but food that was cheaper than what you paid for.

I haven't been in a while and was surprised at the healthy alternatives available. The food was too notch TB and I'd never encountered a more pleasant person to take and process my food order.
