One of the lady managers was going off on the employees. Like really shouting and being ugly! Meanwhile, me and friends were in the lobby ordering/waiting. We were all uncomfortable and felt bad for them.

This is my go to lunch stop when I'm working in Benton. The service quality definitely depends on who is working in the kitchen. Just today I received two chalupas that had stale shells and the meat tasted like the container wasnt rinsed properly after cleaning. Yet the previous month I got immaculate crunchy tacos that legit looked like the posters.
It's a real coin toss on whether you'll get quality or slop.

It's Taco Bell. Decent food if you need a quick meal. But sometimes the wait is so long, it's not quick. They get my order right about 65% of the time, but i normally have a big order, as we are a family of 6.

We visited this location 30 minutes ago. I had to repeat my drink order 4 times when ordering them once more at the window, I was given someone else's receipt when I asked the new employee for my receipt, and all our luxe boxes had broken tacos inside. I ordered 3 boxes. So all 6 tacos were broken. We had to wait for our order and our food was cold when we received it. Don't waste your time at this location! You will be disappointed!! We won't be back!!

We got there when it wasn’t busy, we didn’t order much just a burrito and a couple tacos, and it took them 30 minutes for us to get our food. they were openly expressing how they were high and actively joking and playing around in the kitchen instead of making our order. once we finally got it, they covered the side of the cheese cup and filled it up not even an inch tall. this was ridiculous.

Don’t let the outside appearance fool you, the food is garbage and a waste of money. I ordered “crunchwrap” supreme. I might as well ordered the veggie version one half of it didn’t even have any meat, the other half barely had any.It was not crunchy at all, very chewy. Go to another taco bell don’t waste your money here.

Such a nice establishment to be so incompetent. I have great experiences randomly during the day when I have no options but here because of location. But at night when I’m headed they always mess up. Tonight it was 2 times in a row and they gave me barely any cheese and practically made me feel like the biggest inconvenience . They trying to steal straight in your face.
