Tortillas tasted like the ones from "la banderita", they left a similar after taste as those tortillas. Lemons provided were well watered and cilantro and onion taste like cilantro and onion, kinda wished it was on the side but that was my fault for not saying so. The asada was ok and the salsa was delicious but overall, I didnt find it satisfying.4/5Also ordered a torta cubana. This one had no egg in it. Decent sized and worth the $13 nothing spectacular but it will fill you up. Only gripe is that whoever cut it gave up halfway and left a top bun to eat with half of the bottom one. Had to eat half of it like a sope.5/5Horchata will always be delicious. Hard to screw this up.

Great food very authentic but.... you would think someone running a FOOD business in AMERICA would have someone there that can speak English............ Or have sense enough to know what you want when you point at a picture on their menu but I guess not. Unfortunately for them there's many more wonderful places.

This place is authentic. Food is very good people are friendly as for atmosphere it's more of a come to eat and leave place or a late night craving, than a sit down and chat over dinner type of restaurant. That doesn't make the food any less awesome!

Delicious food and courteous staff. A surprisingly good place found in a convenience store has station! Family recipes and people who care about preparing the food you eat -- it's not just a job. And the prices are very good, too!
Went today and was alittle unsure when walked in, but the staff were very friendly and helpful, not your typical mexican restaurant here in Shreveport, you order at counter and food is brought to table by server, chips/salsa are not included with meal and have to be purchased separately but chips were good and loved the green salsa and guacamole was delicious, salsa needs a little work not real flavorful, got the beef flautas which were wonderful!!!! Definitely will be back to try other menu items!
