We always enjoy our outings here at Texas Roadhouse in Bossier City. However, today deserves a great review because our wait staff was extra special. Yaz, a beauty inside and out and soooo kind to our family. She carries herself with joy and grace and we enjoyed her company so much! She is the epitome of customer service. Thanks Yaz!!!!!

they made us get back on the waitlist because they called our party in 15 mins before the quoted wait time and no one had been there so we waited an extra 30 minutes to get a table. they also stole my birthday gift. trash.

Service was not exceptional. Our waiter visited our table twice during the entire visit. The first time he visited our table was 20 minutes after we sat down and he took our drink and food order. The second time he came to our table was to deliver our checks. Following the second time, another server collected our cards, which were organized by card and meal. Somehow, checks were mixed up after providing it to the other server and we charged for each other’s meals multiple times due to his confusion. 10/10 would not recommend. Visit another restaurant.

Food was well below Roadhouse standards. The restaurant is so busy that our trips are limited due to wait time. We were disappointed and will go to other steakhouses in the area that are less crowded and decent food.

Always our favorite place to go for food steak and quality good. We go enough to have had some bad experiences but they usually try to make up for it if you tell them. The last time our server was so preoccupied talking to the table next to us for about 20 mins straight, it took me that long to get his attention to have my well done sent back for med. Rare. But the second one was great. Wish a manager would have come by to ask about it. One bad experience every now and then is worth it for some of the better steakhouse food in Shreveport with good prices.

The food was great, the service was good. If you can't stomach loud noises on a Friday, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, it's delicious.
Vegetarian options: They do offer green beans, salads and vegetables for people who don't want to eat meat at a steakhouse.
