We always enjoy our outings here at Texas Roadhouse in Bossier City. However, today deserves a great review because our wait staff was extra special. Yaz, a beauty inside and out and soooo kind to our family. She carries herself with joy and grace and we enjoyed her company so much! She is the epitome of customer service. Thanks Yaz!!!!!
Always our favorite place to go for food steak and quality good. We go enough to have had some bad experiences but they usually try to make up for it if you tell them. The last time our server was so preoccupied talking to the table next to us for about 20 mins straight, it took me that long to get his attention to have my well done sent back for med. Rare. But the second one was great. Wish a manager would have come by to ask about it. One bad experience every now and then is...
The food was great, the service was good. If you can't stomach loud noises on a Friday, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, it's delicious.
