Everything! Love our gambling and spending time there!
Open air, tropical type atmosphere with a view of the Red River.
Does anyone know any legit Billion balls agent?
I had a confirmed reservation and arrived at 2:50 a.m. You are a 24-hour property, and I was never notified of a cut-off time or warned that my reservation would be canceled. I was then told I’d need to pay almost $600 for a room I already booked at $132. This seems like a breach of good faith and possibly an unfair trade practice. Shame on you, Margaritaville! And your front desk receptionist was trash.
We just stumbled upon this bar, which is in Margaritaville but ON the Louisiana Boardwalk, past Bass Pro - the views were BEAUTIFUL! And they had an awesome DJ there!

The management is to improve. They should clean house and start over. One of the worst places to work don't recommend
DO NOT STAY HERE. This “resort” quoted me a price, then tripled it at checkout and charged me an extra $506. The food is disgusting. The fans and ac in my room didn’t work properly even with a maintenance visit. They wouldn’t offer a room change. Front desk staff was not cooperative or friendly. Do not waste your money on this place. 0/10, do not recommend ever.
Bartender, Red River & drinks were great. Housekeeping definitely needs to clean the fans and cobwebs over the bar

very loud construction on inside rooms at the hotel at 8am and manager laughs about it when I made a complaint.
We drove 8 hours and decided to stop here for the night. We planned when we left to arrive at 4:00 check in with intentions of spending the entire day at the pool. (We leave tomorrow) This is the only reason we chose to stay here. Upon check in they tell us for the first time that the pool is closed for an event. No access. This was never communicated prior to arrival. (A call, email, anything would be nice). Front desk did not care to accommodate or help us in any way other than waving a $16.95 resort fee. Poor communication. Extremely disappointed. *edited to add: we went across the street to the horseshoe who was wonderful and allowed access to their pool! Highly recommend going to the horseshoe!

I visited the pool and the sports restaurant, both were excellent. Room was big and spacious and clean, staff were kind and friendly. The gym was great too, plenty of options to get in a good workout. The guys had a good time at the casino.
When will you open back up?
Rooms are nice, casino well maintained with lots of tables. Most dealers are fun, some are not so much. We are already planning another trip. This is the only place I will stay. My husband checked out others, but not as nice.
our 2nd or 3rd trip there and have had a great time on all the stays there, courteous staff and all around good time, took our teenagers with us and they had a blast going down the boardwalk to do a little shopping
We love to gamble here. The dealers have fantastic personalities and that’s huge when you’re talking about winning and losing money! The downside is their rooms are expensive so we stay at the Horseshoe Casino and just split time between the two.
