Catfish Poboy 10/10, Cajun gumbo 8.5/10, hush puppies 10/10! The food here was delicious but the location in the casino is whack! (Just a view of the bar across doing karaoke, something that should only be behind closed doors, haha.) Great food, would definitely order again, but only as a to go. I was just passing through Shreveport, so I took it to my hotel. Good burgers at the adjoining place too!

The food here is so good. We had the shrimp platter with onion rings and the broccoli on the side. Wow. The cook can COOK!! The sweet tea was amazing. All food was seasoned well. We will definitely be back when we come back to the Horseshoe for vacation!

I am writing to share my recent dining experience at your establishment. My decision to visit was largely influenced by the impressive 4.8 rating and positive reviews I had seen. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with these expectations.
Upon arrival, I observed that there was only one individual managing the establishment, whose attire I found to be unprofessional. I had specifically chosen your restaurant for its chargrilled oysters, and while their initial appearance was acceptable, I was greatly disappointed to find they were undercooked. Consequently, we chose to leave and will not be returning. I would not recommend this establishment to others, particularly those seeking quality chargrilled oysters, for which I would suggest Drago's.

If you want good seafood in Shreveport/Bossier City, this place has it. Good value as well. If you want nice ambiance, look elsewhere. The staff was nice and the cooks were capable, but there's no service to speak of. The picture online doesn't show the front of the restaurant, which is just open to the casino lobby. Yes, it is part of the casino. The tables and chairs are uncomfortable. But again, the seafood is good. If that's your priority, good for it.

They said they was gonna replace my food with some else asked for something different waited 40 minutes and they brought the same dish horrible customer service . I wish I would’ve at somewhere else .
The food was not the best but wasn’t the worst we had the oysters and the crab boil. We ordered the oyster Rockefeller and they had more spinach than anything. The crab legs had no meat and were very small. The customer service was just ok.

One of the best meals on my vacation. It was awesome. I had never had creole or cajun food. It was fantaatic. I really enjoyed the food. Its also layed back, and my wife and I played games for several hours while just relaxing after a long day.

I have so much to say! I’m from Houston Texas and was looking for some good seafood and I found this place on Google. I went around lunchtime and a worker by the name of Chris helped me. This guy is most amazing. I am super huge on Customer Service. I go around lunchtime when they’re just opening so he’s typically the only one there but my goodness, he is so personable, humbling and have such a good heart not to mention, the food.!!!!! He cooks the food to perfection, it is so delicious! I also had the opportunity to meet the owner Richard and he was a really good guy who is also big on Customer Service. This is my favorite piece of all.💕 I’ve had the shrimp salad when I was trying to eat better, lol, I’ve had the étouffée with catfish over rice, I’ve had the fried seafood platter, and I’ve had the salmon, all freaking delicious !!!!!!!
