This place has racist table dealers known for cheating black men n proudly posting they’re racist views on Facebook
tbh i had a very bad experience with this restaurant especially with a employee named jessica gamby she was very rude and semmed to be like high on drugs or just out of wack all of my drinks were made wrong and she kept giving me wrong prices for my drinks her whole vibe just kinda gave like she should not be allowed to be serving drinks i would not trust her to serve drinks to family members
Food and service is really great

For a Louisiana restaurant, I was very disappointed to see that the catfish and shrimp were imported. Crab cakes also seemed to be from frozen and not fresh. We ordered our food at the bar. The lady taking our order was nice and helpful.

This is a self serve bar, place your order at the counter. We ordered wagyu burger and boiled shrimps. Highly recommend the boiled shrimps as it’s really tasty and well spiced. The staff are nice and professional!

I was expecting something nicer because it is in the horseshoe casino. But was good. It's just a walk up casual place to eat.

Don't get the crab dip. Do get the seafood platter. Drinks were fun, they had a Christmas theme. Service was great. We rarely eat fried seafood, preferably go with grilled, but the fried catfish was delicious.

Service was amazing. Edgar B worked by himself and got the food out fast I will definitely come back
Kid-friendliness: Chicken tenders for kids you get 6 but fries should’ve came with it. But it’s okay I had enough on my plate

Let's be honest... it's NOT a luxurious restaurant.
It's an up scale fast food joint in a casino.
I went into horse shoe, made one bet on roulette and won $99.
I was done. (I'm not a gambler) On my way out, I stopped and ordered crawfish étouffée and the oysters.
They give you a number and you pick a table to sit at... How is that luxurious?
Both the étouffée and oysters were mediocre at best.
The folks working there were very nice. No idea if Audrey was the lady at the till, but she was very nice. Horseshoe must treat their people well.
In my mind, it was a free meal paid for by horse shoe...
Thank you, Horseshoe!

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life.
When my partner and I arrived, all the tables were dirty and had not been cleared from previous diners. We didn’t understand that you order and pay for your food and are requested to tip before you receive any service. Eventually, someone cleared a table for us. We sat there for 15 minutes before one of the staff members came up and explained that we order and pay first. After figuring out where the line to order started, I ordered the char grilled oysters. My partner ordered the fried oyster platter. Drinks are self service. My chargrilled oysters were not properly shucked and were tiny. I requested French bread to soak up the butter, garlic, and Parmesan which was minimal. I was informed that it came with saltine crackers, and French bread would be two dollars extra. I opted for the bread and received three 1/2 inch thick slices of toasted baguette.
My partners fried oysters were small and served with cocktail sauce that barely had any horseradish and basically tasted like ketchup. The oysters were served on a heaping mound of seasoned french fries, which were pretty good, and with couple of tasty hush puppies. We did request more horseradish which arrived quickly and we were able to create an acceptable cocktail sauce.
Again, this was the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. The bill plus tip was approximately $75. A complete waste of money.
