Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This has been the worst experience ever. The staff are too young and nieve to know customer service. I asked for the manager and I was told the manager was not there to rectify the issue. The person that took my ordered seemed to be clueless about the entire ordering process or not know the product. I asked one question about the product and he said "I don't kmow". Three people came to the register to fix the reward issue so I could use my reward for the purchase and 15 minutes later, the price was still the same. No one had a solution for the issues and no addressed me about the issue or apologized. The cashier just kept telling me the same amount of the order instead know how to provide me either an apologize, a coupon, a discount, a drink or something. I was not looking for something free but an explanation and/or someone to correct the situation. I ordered the acai bowl and wanted to use my accumulated points, but they (3) could not figure out how to apply my points to the order. The item prepared, put in a bag, brought to the register, and then sat it down on the opposite side if the register while this entire debacle was conducted in the establishment's drive-thru. Now I dont want a melted acai bowl. The melted acai substance is nasty and which the reason I get it is because it is frozen.I'm putting this on Google bcus this is not my first bad experience with this location Bossier City, LA, but it is my worse.

Very good food and super nice staff. Clean, lots of parking and worth the stop. The new Hawaiian sliders are great.

I ordered the Bahama mama bowl and the PB banana crunch flatbread. Both were very delicious. Always plenty of bananas inside the flat bread and the bowl was big enough I could make two servings out of it.

Great smoothies but they have the SLOWEST drive thru service I have ever seen!!!

Visited here during intermission of the Red River Classic on July 13th and the blueberry bliss smoothie hit the spot ? Really appreciate the option to customize the smoothie too. Tasted absolutely delicious and helped me fill out for the evening show!

My advice to others is to order ahead. My Smoothies are always ready when I picked up my order. The Cesar Salad was excelent. Keep up the excellent work.

Went in this morning for a Acai bowl. I was the only person there but waited almost 10 mins and then they give me my bowl in a bag so when I open it when I get home it is completely frozen. So it took the 10 mins to take a pre-made bowl out the freezer and hand it too me. Super frustrating when you want a nice smoothie.

Hands down best tropical smoothie I’ve ever been to, super clean too ☺️?

I am a regular customer and I’ve never received such poor quality when it comes to the food. I did not request extra pesto and I get this flatbread atleast 3x a week. There is little to no cheese and the cheese that is there is no melted what so ever. Best smoothies in town but they have definitely lost me as a good customer. $14 for this.

I sat at the window for several minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Pulled up to the next window and waited several more minutes. Not one single person ever came to the window. Do you know why? Because the employees were sitting out front by the window playing on their phones.

This place had some of the best food !
