After coming here multiple times (receiving great service) since we only come to town for work. The waitress tonight 11/19/25 took extra time to even take the drink order let alone the food, no refills nothing. all because my husband wasn’t the same color as her. But other customers of her ethnicity received fast service and warm fretting upon arrival. I hate to bring race into it, but it’s clear that’s what it was. It wasn’t until the ticket was paid and she was tipped that she was nice. Next time try not to judge a book by its cover, you might miss out on your blessing.

(E Texas/Hwy 80 location) 10/7/25: Want to start off by saying the food cooked was perfect! However, the waitresses apparently have too much free time. I witnessed servers whispering and looking at multiple customers (obvious it wasn't nice things being said), not friendly at all, and had zero customer service skills. The cooks were doing great considering non-cook employees were grabbing food they shouldn't have causing The cooks to have to remake several orders. The lady manager is oblivious to what goes on in that store. As I have been a manager myself, I was appalled by what was going on! The only reason I would return is the food was on point.

I ordered the All Star breakfast. The meal was what you would expect it to be for Waffle House. The bacon been looking little 🤨 lately though. I was told on another occasion that it was cracked pepper. I have never known Waffle House to offer any kind of seasoning, but for the salt and pepper on the table. The service was amazing as always. I had the whole staff serving me because my waiter decided to go on a side quest 🙃 after our food came. I loved the atmosphere too the jukebox playing in the background was 👩🏾🍳 💋. As always, the price is ✅️.

The customer service was really good so was the food. The T-bone steak was a little too well done for a medium. Besides that everything was 10’s across the board.

Horrible service! The staff got our drinks but didn’t take our order after we’d been seated for over 30mins. Called her when she’s severing food behind us who came in later than us, and she said she’d be with us. However, she just walked away to the office, talking to some other staffs, and walked out to smoke! Some other staff took our orders later. The manager was notified by the first staff, but none of the first staff or the manager came by and apologized.
Best place when I'm hungry for pancakes and eggs.
