Horrible service! The staff got our drinks but didn’t take our order after we’d been seated for over 30mins. Called her when she’s severing food behind us who came in later than us, and she said she’d be with us. However, she just walked away to the office, talking to some other staffs, and walked out to smoke! Some other staff took our orders later. The manager was notified by the first staff, but none of the first staff or the manager came by and apologized.

Every employee was working together to better serve their customers. Friendly atmosphere and lots of smiles. I eat at waffle house fairly often. The experience today was very pleasant.

There were 2 people working but both had great service. They even pulled out jackets and gave to my kids because it was very cold in there. Super sweet ladies
Unfortunately they overcooked my food but it looks like they were understaffed. Great location though. Right off 220. If you want to avoid Shreveport construction or Shreveport in general is always a great place to grab a quick bite

They didn't disappoint. Food and service were good. The only reason for 4 stars for atmosphere is because the floors in bathroom and dining area needed sweeping.
