If you get something to go make sure you check it yourself before leaving the restaurant. First time I got 1 out of 2 entrees, Walk-on’s insisted they gave the DoorDash drive 2 entrees & the driver must’ve stole it. Anyway, I contacted DoorDash & got credit. Second time my boyfriend picked it up. He asked the girl if everything was in there before he left & she said yes. I got a call from the girl at Walk-on’s saying she left an entree out & he was almost home & it was 5 o’clock traffic so I asked for a credit. I had to wait for a manager to do the credit. When the manager got on the phone, she said “ok, I issued the credit for you, is there anything else I can do for you”? I expected at least an apology instead of sounding like she’s doing me a favor. Anyway, when I finally got the credit, it was just for the entree, but I still paid the tax on an entree I didn’t get.

The hostess was very polite, the manager was a breath of fresh air, he was well dressed and so kind and made us laugh which we enjoyed. Our server was so sweet and professional she checked on us multiple times which I really liked, The food was fresh and hot which is why we enjoy coming here along with everyone being so kind.I highly recommend Walk-On's they have a variety of appetizers, meals, salads, sandwiches, poboys, kids meals, desserts, and drinks,

Always really good service and amazing food. Whenever I do go into eat it's always welcoming and nice. It does tend to get busy and packed but the food is really good. The burgers are very good as well. My favorite by far is the fried fish and hush puppies. The hushpuppies are the perfect blend of sweet and salty. The fish is fried perfectly whenever I get it.

The food was absolutely delicious and presented quickly hot and ready to enjoy. This was my first time trying gumbo, we tried boudin balls and the fried jumbo shrimp everything was amazing.

We were there on Friday night and we had the buffalo chicken wrap and the Louisiana platter. We had the cheese logs to a start. All of that was amazing and so was our server.
On Saturday evening, I ordered a grilled chicken Cobb salad and the menu said it was $12.99 or something like that. I asked for no onions and blue cheese but I wanted extra tomatoes and cheddar cheese. There was fried chicken on it, not grilled like I asked for, no tomatoes, and there were no Avacados on it like it stated on the menu. My final price ended up being $20.38 for a salad that wasn’t even what I asked for.. Do better with your take out Walk-ons!!!

Party of 3 with 2 being Handicapped seniors. Got seated and greeter gave us menus and explained happy hour specials that would be available on less than 15 minutes. Waitress came over and got drink order. Told her this was our first visit. Ask a couple questions on menu. She went and got drinks. Ordered a couple of things from happy hour shred to start. Said couldn’t do that because it wasn’t 3:00. So we ordered a chicken sandwich for son and a grilled cheese with onion rings and red beans and rice for my wife and me to split We are in our 70 s and can’t eat much at time. We had. To get a go box anyway. I feel like 2-3 minute leeway on the special could be done especially when it took about 23 minutes to get our food. I reset receipts that show me how much tip I should leave. Tips are for service above the normal. I generally am a very generous tipper, often leaving tip larger than my check. When I see the suggested tip I automatically ciut what I normally would have left. Now if you want to print on the me menu or receipt what is expected of the waitress then we can talk. Also, Walkons started in La and La is seafood capital of US. I will not eat seafood that is imported. You are hurting some of your very customers that fish the gulf. Not sure will be back. Going to have to chew it awhile. Food was good that we got
