“After spending the day crying my eyes out & not eating all day, I got up to grab the closest thing that was still open. I placed a mobile order for a salad at this Wendy’s location. When I arrived to pick it up, they were sold out. I seriously felt as though the day couldn’t get any worse so I said, “Screw it. I’m so ready for this day to be done. I’ll just go to bed without eating.” Thank God Shaterika & LaToya were working the window that night!! They saw the frustration & disappointment on my face when I found out that my order was unavailable, and they were determined to make it right. I came in tears but drove off with the biggest smile. Those ladies had no idea that I was having such a terrible day. They were simply being themselves & doing their job. I have officially received the best customer service ever (definitely TOP TIER)…and it was from my neighborhood Wendy’s. Good people are still out there! I was blessed to come across them last nught!!! ♥️ (Wednesday, 7/31/24)“
“Stopped in for a quick bite while on the road. The place was empty, and there were 2 people behind the counter.no one greeted us. We stood there for a few minutes while the 2 people behind the counter saw us and continued chatting with each other. A 3rd employee showed up and was so personable and helpful. He made us laugh, took our order, brought our food to the table, and wished us a safe trip. Eah, it's fast food. Sadly, the bar on customer service is set pretty low, but the food was good.“
“For a random not super new Wendy's this place is not bad. But the staff? Can't say enough atleast we find them kind helpful and really sweet to my girls. I never go when they are busy because sometimes my issues make me very slow. They never complain and always help me, other places often do. Last week the coke sprayed all over my kid she ran and washed it off and one of the people came over and checked it out and fixed it. Made sure they got there drinks and it was OK. The food on occasion is what you expect of fast food now days. But most often it is surprisingly good compared to average fast food now days.“
“There was a long line and it was after 10pm. We'd had a storm that blew out almost everyone's power so they were getting slammed. There were only two women working and they were working hard. My food was delicious. The service was great!“
