Who ever is taking orders clearly doesn’t like their job and shouldn’t be there. No “hey, how u doing” very rude and does t allow u to finish order without rushing u. This is a busy area and should have more friendly workers! It won’t kill u to say hello

Ordered four Biggie Bags and I questioned the total at the window. I was told it was for the two large drink sizes that I didn't order. The drinks weren't poured and my card wasn't swipped but this is why Customer Service lacks these days with no adjustment offered. Afterwards, the JBC burgers were cold, fries tasted like fish oil, and the sodas were flat. How do I get a refund for this terrible experience?

For a random not super new Wendy's this place is not bad. But the staff? Can't say enough atleast we find them kind helpful and really sweet to my girls. I never go when they are busy because sometimes my issues make me very slow. They never complain and always help me, other places often do. Last week the coke sprayed all over my kid she ran and washed it off and one of the people came over and checked it out and fixed it. Made sure they got there drinks and it was OK. The food on occasion is what you expect of fast food now days. But most often it is surprisingly good compared to average fast food now days.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered a carry out order and arrive to a locked lobby, at 12:00 pm? Call to cancel the order because I didn’t have time to sit through the drive thru that had cars wrapped around the building and the manager was no help at all. Rude as can be and apparently did not know how to cancel mobile orders. This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with this staffs rudeness but will definitely be the last.

I just left from this location and not only was the drive thru backed up the lady up front was talking to a customer so stupid. There was an elderly man in there that wanted a drink and another man assisted him. He asked for a straw and she got super loud saying that wasn't his drink tapping her nails. Shouting he needs to pay $3.00 for the drink. Her attitude is so horrible and I feel none of them there should get any drinks free the way she treated that elderly man. Horrible service.😡

I went to the drive thru and sat for sometime. Thinking the intercom was not working after saying hello numerous times, I pulled to the window. The lady finally came and told me I needed to drive back around and order via the intercom. By that time there were several other cars lined up, so I just left. Please know Wendy’s is not the only place that provides fast food!!! So, I went where service is always good, chick fila.Unacceptable!!!

Ordered food no issues but to get it was another story. Took 21 minutes and multiple people after me received there orders. Ask the front staff and she said they are short staffed. What does that have to do with you skipping my order. Plus the people after me who ordered were missing items and had to return mutiple times. This is a first and last at this location. The staff didn't seem to care about working either.

Just got breakfast here and it was fire. The breakfast potatoes were super hot and fresh and the sausage egg and cheese biscuit was amazing. I don't know why they aren't busier in the morning.
