The manager Shuntil Rhodes brought our food to us at the table, she checked on us after to make sure everything was okay and to our liking which the food was really good and the fries were fresh. She was very respectful and polite and even made our kids feel welcomed. The cashier that took our order was very respectful and polite as well. Definitely will be going back.

One of the only saving graces of this location is Alexia.After I paid for my order, the line cooks realized they didn't have an item. They offered a comparable substitute, but it was something I wasn't able to eat. I was able to change my order. The frosty machine wasn't working properly so I was able to change to a soda.These changes made my total less than the original amount I paid. Alexia got the manager to handle the refund. The manager was being really difficult about the refund. He didn't properly know how to do it and started asking Alexia how even though she's not a manager. She did offer other suggestions, like doing a partial cash refund, but the manager didn't seem to want to do that. The manager asked if I would take the original order if he gave me the item they said they didn't have. I told him they had already given me the new order.Then he tried to say my card was declining even though it wasn't and Alexia made sure he finished the refund. The manager even tried to throw away the receipts and Alexia stopped him and told him to give me copies. He tossed down the receipts and my card on the table and walked away. Alexia made sure I got copies of the receipts and my card back. She even explained which receipt was which.Alexia, I appreciate you sticking up for me during this really awkward situation. If anyone should be a manager in this situation, it was you. I hope you don't receive any retaliation from the management team for your support.

Dirtiest bathroom ever. Staff goofing off and not a soul in the restaurant but long line at the drive through. How hard is it to keep paper towels stocked in the restroom? Disgraceful experience.

My husband and I ordered the first time everything was cold, he ate his I took mine back ask for everything hot she only gave me fries and nuggets hot the burger was just like it had came from the fridge both times!! Will NOT be back!!!

Unless the advertised hours are incorrect the Wendy's on airline is open until 1 am. sat in the drive through for 5 minutes with no one working. Hopefully it isn't a case of pay check thieves.

I mobile ordered at 10:11 and its now 10:50 and im just now getting my food. They have us waiting for our food and its 2 breakfast sandwiches. I am pissed it does not take that long to get food. People behind us were getting their food before me.

Food was hot, but they miss counted my change, in it took them so long, to get my change stait, that my food was cold when I finally got to it, after over 15 minutes of recounting the cash stawer,in three attempts to count my change back from my 100 dollar bill, I couldn't eat my fries, they fries are not good it they are cold, I when on with the cold burger because I was hungry and in a hurry to get back to work.

Me and my husband came in for breakfast at 9:50 and Christopher helped us and he was absolutely the most pleasant person ever!! He was very kind and helpful and over all just acted happy to help us! He apologized for the wait ( which wasn’t long) and was just great!!
