Got a double stack and a crispy chicken. They were pretty yummy
I like Wendy's man pretty good food pretty quick and pretty fresh.

Cold fries last time I went....those fries aren't good hot so it was bad...was closed 2 hours earlier than it shows to be online

Unfortunately the food is served cold. The service is very good but the product is incomplete and cold. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a large chili combo, but the sandwich was cold and did not have lettuce. The fries were also cold, as was the chili. They need to make changes.

These people at the drive thru were idiots. The manager did nothing to discuss the situation when the worker accused me of a sandwich that I paid for I was given 5 bags total. 2 orders of the 4 for $4's both with frosties, an asiago chicken sandwich combo with a chocolate frosty, a single hamburger and a single fry. Got accused of taking someone else's order when I was given the bags. We checked and double checked the bag looking for my single hamburger but I received the fry. The worker came from behind the cook line and argued with me about the item I did not receive while I was telling her that I did not get my hamburger. Arguing between the workers about what was given to the point the worker came to the window and with the harshest voice told me I was wrong and that what I was given was wrong as well I have all the bags back so they can recheck what was given all to have everything checked by a make worker who tried to fix it but the whole experience was not handled properly at all. I was not given receipt after this ordeal. The whole experience will put me off from buying anything from you guys ever again. It was no reason for any of it. I received no apologies from the worker(s), the manager or anyone of staff. It was poor management and poor service altogether.

Ordered $40 worth of food hamburger patties was hard and old,French fries cold, parmezan chicken nuggets was greasy. I ordered to #1s and got 2 double meat combo I guess that is why my food was so high. This locations food is not good. Why cant you dine in at this location?

don't forget to ask for your receipt because they will not give it to you. 2nd time this has happened,
1st time, I had charges on tik tok shop immediately after leaving, and I chalked it up to a coincidence and got a new card... even though it was literally less than 5 minutes after purchase.
This time, after no receipt again, I went immediately back and got my receipt so
if/when charges show up, a police report will be made with proof of timeline. I understand this can happen at any fast food restaurant or store, but
something is fishy at industrial. WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS or pay cash.

I called this establishment because I had food missing from my order and the call was declined. I then get a call from Wendy’s the same number I just called from the same kid who gave me my food Prank calling me saying “Bossier City Sheriffs Office” in a fake southern accent and giggling. The same exact phone number I called for wendy’s and the same phone number listed on their website.

Went to eat at 1:20pm on Saturday 10/12. The doors were locked. The male employee at the table refused to acknowledge us. He put his hands up like "i don't know". A lady came to the door and stated they were closed due to being short handed and we would have to drive through. This may be true, but there were no signs or anything stating this.
