Ordered $40 worth of food hamburger patties was hard and old,French fries cold, parmezan chicken nuggets was greasy. I ordered to #1s and got 2 double meat combo I guess that is why my food was so high. This locations food is not good. Why cant you dine in at this location?

don't forget to ask for your receipt because they will not give it to you. 2nd time this has happened,
1st time, I had charges on tik tok shop immediately after leaving, and I chalked it up to a coincidence and got a new card... even though it was literally less than 5 minutes after purchase.
This time, after no receipt again, I went immediately back and got my receipt so
if/when charges show up, a police report will be made with proof of timeline. I understand this can happen at any fast food restaurant or store, but
something is fishy at industrial. WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS or pay cash.

I called this establishment because I had food missing from my order and the call was declined. I then get a call from Wendy’s the same number I just called from the same kid who gave me my food Prank calling me saying “Bossier City Sheriffs Office” in a fake southern accent and giggling. The same exact phone number I called for wendy’s and the same phone number listed on their website.

Went to eat at 1:20pm on Saturday 10/12. The doors were locked. The male employee at the table refused to acknowledge us. He put his hands up like "i don't know". A lady came to the door and stated they were closed due to being short handed and we would have to drive through. This may be true, but there were no signs or anything stating this.

This Wendy’s is on my way to work so it is convenient to get breakfast in the mornings however, on more than 5 occasions the lady at the drive thru speaker tells me they’re closed during their normal operating hours. On multiple occasions they say that their system is down. I went 2 days in a row and they have an excuse to not be open for breakfast. I like Wendy’s, just not this one their reliability is not there.

In town work, My hotel right next to Wendy, The lobby is always close. Workers always standing outside. It took me 15 minutes at the drive thru because the workers was outside visiting with people in they cars. And when I did get my food it was cold. FIRST WENDY I EVER AND I DI MEAN I HAD A PROBLEM WITH. IF I CAN PUT ZERO STAR I WOULD.
