Service only got a good review because Fantasia helped me and her customer service was amazing. The food would be good if it was fresh all the time. You can get hot nuggets one day then cold fries. They never have both of the items hot at the same time. Shouldn’t have to tell them you want fresh food they should know. Also, when we tell you we want fresh they don’t mean put the old stuff back in the grease then serve it to us. Thats a health violation. Do better.

This Wendy's used to be ok. But the last two times I have visit worker has got my order wrong. She act like she don't want to be at work. I ordered Dave's single without ketchup and mayo add mustard. I get home no mustard. The burger was plain and dry. I went through Drive thru. Customer service needs improvement. A little more friendly.
I work late so when I come in, it’s always the last crew that I get to encounter on Friday and Saturdays. They are all awesome. There is a gentleman I believe is a shift lead for the night shift and he’s so encouraging and so kind. I really can’t thank this location enough for being the smile. I need after a long day at work.

My recent visit to this Wendy’s was a mixed experience. The food itself—specifically the Baconator and a Dave’s Single with vegetables on the side—was up to Wendy’s usual standard in terms of taste. The service was friendly overall, but the attention to detail on the order left a lot to be desired.
My sister and I went through the drive-thru, and unfortunately, the entire order was incorrect the first time. After waiting an additional 10 minutes for the staff to correct it, one of the burgers was still wrong. Instead of having just the vegetables on the side for the Dave’s Single, everything was separated unnecessarily, making the order more complicated than it needed to be.
Despite the mistake, the staff remained courteous, and the food quality didn’t disappoint once we sorted through it. Still, the experience felt frustrating due to the lack of care with the order—especially when it was clearly clarified from the start.
Bottom line, if you’re grabbing food here, double-check your order before leaving—especially through the drive-thru. The staff is polite, and the food can be great, but the execution and attention to detail definitely need improvement.
