Ordered twice here through mobile order and both times they gave me a dry burger instead of Mustard only. Other than that issue, it's Whataburger so it's good

Food was cold, was only given half a side of fries, the chocolate shake I ordered was plain vanilla with 1/4 inch of chocolate on top to make it look correct through the lid. Wasn't given straws either.

Service is extremely slow, and the food is never good. I asked for no onions, and got a whole pile of them. I wish I was exaggerating. They also put avocado on one corner of the burger, and it wasn't enough to spread over the whole thing. The burger paddy itself was thin and dry, and the tomatoes were shriveled up. Do yourself a favor and go to the Benton Rd location. This one is always a waste of time and money.

I visited our local Whataburger on Airline Dr. last night and was completely dissatisfied with my entire experience. Waited in line for over 30 minutes only to get cold food and the wrong drink. The girl at the window acted like she couldn't find my order at first and I had to repeat twice what it was including my drink. I am still not sure what she gave us to drink but after one sip, it went down the drain. The food looked like it had sat out for hours and was wrapped up and put in my bag. I will never go back to this location. It was the worst!!

What is going on with this location on Airline drive in BossierCity??? Every time that we stop here it's at least a 20 min wait!!!!!!! Local or Regional managers has to look in to this!!!! Terrible.....

The ladies here are amazing. I ordered in the app but my order went to the wrong location and they made my food for me so I didn’t have to drive across town to pick up cold food. Thank you Kim and your crew, yall are outstanding!
