Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food was decent, but literally gave us diarrhea ALL DAY. Terrible….

I ordered door dash delivery and this location did not give me any of the sauce that I ordered and they also shorted me one large order of fries that I ordered. I called Zaxby's on Benton Rd and they said they don't deliver so I would have to come get it. So I now have to clock out from my job just to drive over and get the things that they shorted me. It pisses me off.

We love Zaxby's as a family but it wasn't that pleasant at this location. The fries were stale. The chicken tasted good to me. There was food on our table from some other customers, which would have been fine if they were busy but we had been the only customers in the restaurant for at least 15 minutes.

Only received 1 ranch packet for my salad. After I spent 5 minutes searching the bag for a fork that was not included, my salad spilled in my lap and was ruined. Thanks for not supplying the fork to accompany my overpriced basic salad.

The drive thru employees here are always so nice! It’s hard to find good customer service in this area, so I really appreciate how they always greet me with a positive attitude. It makes a difference, thank you!

When I order 5 extra tenders as a promotional offer and don't get them. That may be OK to slide because yall are busy. But when I ask for extra seasoning for my fries and get this. Then that's a slap in the face, and basically, saying the customer isn't worth it. Your employees acted like I was interrupting their day by asking if my seasoning was in the bag.

Everytime I come to this Zaxbys it's fresh food, great friendly atmosphere, and service with a smile. We always choose to dine-in just because we enjoy the happy light hearted feeling there.
