Do better zaxbys!! Order a sandwich combo , once I got to my hotel I saw my fries... smh!

I can no longer do this.

3 of the last 5 visits have been disappointing. To begin with. All I order from Zaxby’s is a large fry with one Zax sauce. That’s it. Simple order. For some reason my fries didn’t come seasoned or with very little seasoning. See pictures if you don’t believe me. This was the last time they get me. On top of that they got rid of the basket of fries. Which was a pretty good deal. Nice knowing you Zaxby’s. It was a great run.

Update: I went back to get one of the salads. This is sad. I had a salad from an out of state location and it was filled to the brim with vegetables. I’m officially done

The chicken fingerz and French fries were hot and fresh! We got the 20 piece family pack with a side of fried pickles. The chicken had flavor without any sauce, which is a plus from Cane's. The fried pickles were nice and crispy. We tried the nuclear sauce, and it had decent flavor similar to a zesty Buffalo sauce. The hot honey mustard was legit. I highly recommend this location! The server at the register was super sweet to us and our kids! We felt welcomed. Thank you, Zaxby's!

This place will not be around for long.. management is absolutely the worst lier.
Request that our 48$ meal be cooked to order yet it was ready moments later.. got to be the worst experience I ever had
Here..definitely would recommend that this place seek new management.. trash I wanted to just leave the meal on the counter..

The food is a little pricey but good. The chicken fingers come out hot,juicy and tender.The fries aren’t straight cut. The sauce reminds me of Chick Fil A. The tea was good.

Used to love their wings but they seem to be getting smaller and smaller. Best thing to order here is their salads and their french fries. They definitely have the best french fries on the market. Chicken strips are good. Wings are okay but they seem very small. Atmosphere is a fast food restaurant just like you would expect.

After a long day of work I DoorDash me some dinner from Zaby’s on Benton and this how I received my food. Where is the rest of the lettuce, maybe 15 string of cheese.. What a way to represent y’all store. This is unacceptable!!!!!!

When I ordered at the drive thru the lady at with the glass she doesn't have people skills she didn't say she was sorry for dropping my change and my fries was cold and too salty the ketchup tastes old what i payed for 5 dollars for a kids meal its wasnt worth 5 dollars and chicken strips wasn't all that.The girl with the glasses at the drive thru or didn't ask me did need anything else in the bag and the other worker with the long boxed braids when I tried to get her name she didn't wanna tell me her name she said she wasn't allowed to tell them their names.When I came back to get my order fixed the manager took care of me get something else.so I'm will not come back at this location.???
