Did an online order and selected drive thru. Told the girl at the speaker we had a mobile order, told her at the window, waited, she asked what we ordered, told her it was mobile order, waited she asked what we ordered…told her that it was a mobile order, waited and then she told us to move up so she could bring it out…waited and then they didn’t give us our toast and my egg roll was BURNT.

The place sucks they over work their co-workers that are still in high school and that the managers take hours away for them to work for free when they need the money

Sure the food might be okay, but the management sucks, Lisa (district manager) is nice to her customers but an absolute jerk to 99% of her workers and almost nobody wants to work there anymore and God knows I'm not referencing anyone to work there. I do not advise this place be a top pick, if so then need knew management. Only a few good managers (jammie being the best one) but Lisa is a no.

Hey if your ordering for more than 2 adults and a child, ask about the family box. Its 40 bucks but loaded w drinks fries and chicken fingers for 4 people, plus toast!! Its a deal depending the size of your wallet to family size ratio!! Secondly you'll never get stuck waiting on them to "drop a fresh batch " of chicken like Popeyes says 40 minutes every time you drive through,!!!

Why you can't get what you want. I dont like the big part of the wings so I ask for the flat 10pcs.it always a problem .so why not charge extra for the flat wing .I would pay extra to get what I want.wing stop charge extra for the flat.it just barksdale zaxbys on benton do it.

It is clean inside and quick. When I go here I usually get a salad and sometimes the fried pickles. There are other places that have equal or better chicken, but Zaxby's grilled chicken house salad is really good.
