“Queen's Cuisine is definitely 5 out of 5 Beans using the old NOLA Tom Fitzmorris food critic scale. The stuffed Bell Pepper with shrimp and stuffed catfish fish exploded with flavor. The cornbread is old school from scratch, nothing frozen. If you're anywhere in NOLA metro, its a must stop. The dinning room is closed however you can call ahead or order from the window.“

“I was really hungry and my mom stopped and got me a plate. She got me greens, catfish with candied yams and cornbread. My God. I usually don’t like other people’s greens outside of my parents, but I tore that plate up! So much flavor, not too salty and a lottttt on the plate. I will be back!“

“The lady in the front with the piercings is very sweet and pretty. The food is excellent and the service is great. Potato salad sucks. It's like mashed potatoes with mustard. I wish the owner would allow myself to show him a fire recipe for potato salad. I guarantee many people would return for it, and it alone.
I love to help him with that. No money, no nothing. Just help him out. If he responds to this, I might give him a small sample to see his business flourish . Then, give him the key to the recipe.“
