Found this gem via Google while in Breaux Bridge and I instantly loved the atmosphere walking in.Our bartender Shaneil was great! Even when the place packed up, and she was the only one on bar, she continued to rock the service ?Food was good. I had the filet ( it was a little overcooked for my request of medium, but the flavor was still there and it cut nicely). My husband had the Zydeco gumbo and spicy scampi....both were also wonderful (yes, I had to try it LOL).We will definitely go back if we ever return to Breaux Bridge!

They need to revamp how they present zydeco breakfast. The atmosphere is amazing but we paid $10 to get in and we couldn't enjoy the band. The upstairs is extremely crowded and it takes 30-45 minutes for food. It should have small tables and only appetizers. People are standing on the stairs to watch the band. It's a bunch of wasted space to watch a zydeco band.

Here's how it goes down and B&J's. Come for the dance, and ya GOTTA have fun - not a person I in there without a smile. Now, down to the food - I had an omelette - I'd say stick with the Cajun cuisine as the others having the grits and crawfish Etouffe were much more pleased. Understand this - the dancing is zydeco - and not a single person in there did it the same - so pretty much anything goes as long as your having the time of your life! So go in, grab ya a bite - and dance it all away next Saturday morning!

Overall good experience, I liked the fried fish dish and the beer. The gumbo wasn't good tho. They have live music which is a huge plus.Parking signage isn't clear and made me feel that I was parked in the wrong place.

Excellent food, Cajun music, great atmosphere, adorable waitresses, great discovery! The chicken with praline sauce as a starter is delicious as well as the 2 gumbo and especially the tilapia!

We brought our out of town family to eat for dinner. We loved the crab cakes and the Atchafalaya pasta. The bread and oil appetizer had too much raw garlic in it, imo. Eggplant fries were delicious. Also, the cocktails were good as well. I recommend the Naked Cocorita.

Went to the Zydeco breakfast yesterday....DAMN.Food is good quality Cajun fare.Music is excellent Zydeco as played by locals.Ambiance is OFF THE CHARTS.You walk into this place and take a seat. Don't worry about getting in "the front" because everyone dances on a large dance floor that is in front of the stage. My suggestion would be to sit at the back and take it all in. I do suggest, however that you get there early. We got there around 8:30 and it was already packed. The music cranks up and the damn place explodes....it seemed like people came out of the walls. Fantastic music (we say Wayne Singleton and he was outstanding) that had everyone swaying. People jamming, dancing, music rocking...an amazing exposure to the world of Cajun Country and Zydeco music.Good food, good coffee, excellent breakfast drinks like mimosas and bloody marys...Staff did NOT rush and they were extremely pleasant.Met the owner and she is a very classy lady.Going back soon.I am a fifth generation Cajun that lives in Michigan.

Grab a Bayou Blast pizza and hang out on Saturday nights — always something fun going on. LSU games on in the bar. Great menu with lots of options. Customer service rocks! Live bands on wknd with zydeco dancing. Saturday Zydeco Breakfast. My husband and I enjoy the Pasta Cecilia and the Seafood Pasta. Stuffed seafood mushrooms are great appetizers. My fave beverage is the garden martini.Parking: Parking across street.

Holy pizza! The carnivore Pizza is really loaded down with great meat! We enjoyed the 10" with side salads, house and cesar. Make sure to get the pizza crispy/ well done, because the crust is thin. Got a few of the dressings to try and wow! The cane syrup, honey mustard and ranch are made in house and really yummy. They have some super delicious items but a tummy can only take so much. Ha!Wheelchair accessibility: The place is ground level
