The food is seasoned to perfection not to spicy or to blend. The boudin is just right , but the chicken crackling omg the chicken crackling is meaty and slightly crisp and seasoned just right awesome job to the crew at CharlieT’s
The prices are comparable to the local norms. I tried the chicken cracklin & jalapeño cheese stuffed boudin balls. Both very good! The servers were very friendly & helpful. I'll be back for the BBQ plate lunch on Sunday!
My favorite boudin place of all time! I've been eating their boudin since they first opened on Berard Street in the late 90's/early 2000's. Also, Mr. Charlie is a great guy.
