I have never been so disappointed and unsatisfied with a fast food restaurant. First of all a ROBOT taking drive thru orders. Seriously are your people that lazy that they can’t take orders themselves you might as well not even have employees. Second the employee at the window was absolutely rude and not pleasant whatsoever. I am never going to this checker’s again

Drive thru line is entirely too long. It would be nice to get some food from there, but I'd probably have to wait at least a half hour to be able to order. I could probably go to the Lafayette location and come back before getting food at this location.
