Atmosphere was nice, friendly staff with fast accurate service. Food was just okay, had a grilled shrimp poboy that was pretty good but would have probably been better fried, might try that if we go back. Also tried the tuna burger, it was disappointing, the chopped tuna was barely seared in only a couple of places and there was very little flavor, basically just raw tuna flavor which is very bland in itself. Definitely not worth the price of the tuna burger, should have tried the seared tuna appetizer.

Instant potatoes, Walmart hamburger steak patty . Artichoke dip was bitter although the chips were crisp. Boneless chicken wings was all batter and what little meat they had was gritty.

Matt is very passionate about his suggestions for me about food, And, he has a real passion for what he does. It was a pleasant experience here with awesome food. Matt is very loyal to this establishment . Cheese curds were out of this world,and bone in wings are perfectly crispy

Pats BB has lost a local customer due to service and $3.00 additional charge!! . I RARELY leave these kind of reviews but after what happened tonight I’m extremely disappointed. I call to place an order to be picked up, like I have done many many times before. I asked for 2 mile high burgers, with seasoned fries, as it comes(14.50) . The young lady says oh we just ran out of seasoned fries. I said ok, what other options do I have since no seasoned fries?. She says sweet potato fries, onion rings, corn etc. and it would be 1.50 extra Per order. I said but you don’t have seasoned fries, why should I have to pay extra? She says it’s how it comes and Computer won’t let her change. I said ok well I’ll just have the burger, how much is that? She says 14.50!!! I asked to speak to a manager. She comes back to phone and says “ sorry manager is busy , can’t come to phone, but told me to tell you that’s how it will be as there is nothing they can do. I know it’s only $3.00 total but to spend our hard earned money on take out and have them not even want to help or try to substitute at no additional cost is not OK! I will no longer be a patron of this business due to this and rest assured I’m telling my story to others! There are many great restaurants that I can go to and at least be considered when it’s something that is out of my control. Do better Fat Pats!!
Ordered to go. The bae burger was delicious and I got the crispiest order of fried pickles I’ve ever had in my life!! My husband ordered the patty melt and it really did melt in your mouth! My sister ordered the caesar wrap with fried chicken, and that chicken was amazing. Props to fat pats for not being another overpriced restaurant with frozen food
