Just want to pop on here and say that the Chocolate mouse cake is actually disgusting and so overpriced for what you get. I won’t ever be spending $9 on a blob of freezer burnt cake again.

Does Fat Pats train wait staff on how to actually be a waiter? Basic waiting tables 101, Appetizers are supposed to be served BEFORE the Entree, not with the Entree. Looked like it sat under heat lamp, it was not good. The main course, or Entree, we all had burgers, and they were all great. Is it something new, that when customer ask for the bill, the waitress is supposed to stand by table, and read out all the food ordered, out loud, and the cost of the bill, out loud, so the whole table can hear? I'm paying for the meal, its rude, to have my guests hear how much it all cost. Do they not print paper bills anymore? If it has to be digital, is there no way to hand me a tablet or something, with the bill itemized, and total? If this is whats normally the way yall do things at Fat Pats, I wont ever be going back. I spent $100 for dinner, and while the burgers were very tasty, I must say, the person that sat us down, must have been having a bad day, the waitress, while nice and polite, had no clue how to be a waitress. Good food, terrible service. Yes, I still tipped, because its not her fault she wasn't trained better. Appetizers are to be brought out, all at same time, and before the entree.

Food was ok. Kid in booth on side of us kept hanging over the booth while the waitress looked and did or said NOTHING. OTHER customers looked at the mess and did nothing. Not sure if it was due to the color of our skin and being THE ONLY ONES of color in there. The parents walked out after finishing their meal with a smile on their face like the child did nothing wrong.

Waited 20 min before we had to ask someone to take our order and thy wasn't may customers there. We ended up leaving after it took so long to even get water. Went down the road to the Mexican restaurant which was awesome.

Go in on Sunday at lunch to an “abbreviated menu” which barely had anything to choose from. Ask the waitress if they were serving full menu and she says no. When did this start? Do all Fat Pats follow this ridiculous idea?? I see this building will be for rent soon ??
