My favorite boudin place of all time! I've been eating their boudin since they first opened on Berard Street in the late 90's/early 2000's. Also, Mr. Charlie is a great guy.

I come for the boudin and for Charlie t's seasoning mix. According to the employee that I talked to, they do not put organ meats in their boudin so it's a bit non-traditional. She said they use ground sirloin. I prefer to have a bit of liver in my boudin but Charlie t's is still very good because it's the best season boudin i have had. Last week when we were in Louisiana and went to Charlie T's the crackling I purchased ($25.68) was over cooked (almost burnt). I could not return because we bought the bag on our way flying back to Florida. We always visit Charlie T's had great food no matter what we bought...their frozen stuffed chickens, boudin (reg/seafood), seasoned meats. But this time I was sadly disappointed.
