Quick, easy and clean! Best McDonald’s I’ve seen in a long time!
I'm loving it. The service is great, and the dining area always kept clean. The drive thru can get backed up quickly, and that makes the parking lot feel a little cramped. I think all McDonald's have this problem though. Employees are always friendly and i rarely have errors with my orders. When I do they fix it, no questions asked. One of the best McDonald's branches, known for being quick, friendly, and serving fresh food. A customer had a positive experience when they left their bag and it was kept safe until the next day. The staff is great and very accommodating, even with complicated orders. However, the new store has a complicated ordering process, resembling a Starbucks, and follows a global policy of having the least number of employees. Some customers have expressed frustration with the service and the wait times. The ketchup cups are flat and messy, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Despite some issues, many customers praise the friendly and smiling employees, making it a worthwhile experience in Breaux Bridge.
