“I’m in town for 4 weeks. This is week 2 and I have to brag on the wonderful customer service I received every day. This location is my go to everyday for almost 2 weeks now. The employees are very professional and welcoming. The service is fast. Food is always fresh and great. Thank you guys for the wonderful customer service. It really makes a difference especially for us work travelers who have to rely on fast food for a quick bite to eat.“

“it was a very nice place & the food was delicious! my friend & i both ordered a soda . i got a brownie a la mode & she got a malt . they were both delicious but the staffing was honestly very rude . we didn’t know what we wanted as i am new to the area & never been to a place like this before. upon walking in we sit at the bar & automatically get greated by an older lady who already didnt seem like she was having a good day. workers were hollering across the restaurant talking about others . we were taking our time overlooking the whole menu before we ordered & the lady behind the bar helped recommended some things but did it in a very passive demeanor . we then ordered our things & i didn’t even receive my brownie at first , i received just a sunday . when i pointed out that i didn’t receive my brownie another lady huffed & puffed while throwing it on a plate & in the microwave . i told her not to worry about putting anything on it & i would take it like that . she slide it to me on the bar , then proceeded to talk about my friend & i very loudly . we were there maybe 30 minutes , & honestly i want to give it another try . i just didn’t appreciate the servers on shift that day“

“Blue bell ? Best ice cream in the country , it’s no brand ice cream like Blue Bell ? with the original homemade flavor especially vanilla, but all there ice cream is the best . I was looking up # one brand in the country & I was disappointed when I seen Jerry’s & other brands come in at #one brands in the country , that’s crazy but I realize some people just dnt know good ice cream & some just haven’t taste blue bell . I’ve tried other brands & it’s just not real ice cream , Blue Bell is the best & need to be recognize as # One.“

“Staff was nice but phone communication needs to be updated. I went Friday night and items were being saved/low inventory. When I asked the staff adv me that the location was closing at 9, I was confused b/c the phone specially says 10pm is the closing time for Friday-Sat. I made the comment and was told that the phone says 9 but I called just now to reconfirm and it says 10. This is more of a management concern because driving 30mins for cookies to find out the location isn’t open wouldn’t be good for the business.“

“This place makes my gluten-free heart sing! I go here every weekend, their coffee is amazing, and their gluten-free baked cakes/muffins are literally the best I've ever had in my entire life! I love the cozy atmosphere, the sweet baristas, and sitting outside under the ferns is one of my new happy spots!“

“Was a great place to eat from. The flavor crawfish was pretty different than most places answered all questions that I asked very friendly people was packed so I think that may be put into effect of the crawfish not being completely clean, but I don’t know because I never cooked crawfish for that much people, always had time to really clean my crawfish until my water clear . I would recommend someone or anyone eating here price is very reasonable. You would love it. Good job !!!!

They have great flavors, staff was friendly, toppings are plentiful, the atmosphere is upbeat and clean for the most part, and prices are reasonable.My only complaints personally is the size of the business, and I wish there were more locations that are accessible in different parts of the city. Also, having more machines with many other flavors wouldn't be a bad thingOverall, i would definitely recommend it if you are craving healthier alternatives at night after working long days. Will definitely be coming back again, we love frozen yogurt.“

“I have not been to the boiling side, just the boozy side. These are my favorite daiquiri’s. I have liked every flavor I have tried. The consistency is like an icee rather than a sno-ball and they are more flavorful than sweet.

May 2025 update: the boiling side is amazing as well! Great price and perfectly cooked crawfish and potatoes. We got regular seasoning and it was just enough heat with great flavor. Highly recommend!“

“We stopped by this location. Place was nice and clean. The employees here greeted me right away. They were very nice. I ordered the 7 dollar value meal, which has 3 pieces of chicken strips, fries, drink, and a sundae. Thats a good deal for somone like me who is on a budget. I've eaten at a lot of places. The sizes of the strips were good, everything fresh. I can't believe I never came here before. I will be returning.“
