Very horrible it was so nasty I live in Lafayette u couldn't go back but I would have staff were nice but pizza is horrible they messed up one and it was very disgusting

This store continues to cheat their system!! They mark the pizza as ready, I get a notification, and get to the store, and they tell me 10 more minutes? I gave them another chance after the last visit. Not again!!

ordered the cheesy bites pizza and it was terrible. made me nauseated it tasted so bad. pizza hut has been going downhill and this is definitely what convinced me to stop spending my money here. never again.

Not door dash friendly!!! They hit order ready for pickup when they start the order! Food safety and handling is not great either.

Took them 2 plus hours to deliver my food when they said only 30 min. And I only got to talk to someone after I called 3 times trying to find out why it was taking so long. When I asked about the 30 min or it free they said they don't do that any longer. Sorry but I feel like a 2 plus hour cold pizza should have been given a couple free pizza's or something. Not just blown off like no big deal.
The guy on the phone told me he made my wings was made by him he did a badd job and he was disrespectful and hung up in my face he needs to be fired from pizza hut in breauxbridge
