Took 25 monutes and i had to go inside to get my order

Women bathroom Not clean had a Very bad smell to start off with! I had to use handicap bathroom! It was cleaner than the 1st two stalls

They jacked up the entire order. The pieces of chicken did not resemble what they should. It was undercooked and Took over 30 minutes for them to bring it out. They were cutting up in the restaurant while several people waited for food a very long time! We were missing items and even the biscuits were gross.

Love that chicken from Popeyes, but no salt, failed to give the extra items requested. Service could have been better especially with $12 plus for a combo.

Rude drive through worker. They never ever ever get the online order right. Nor do they ever want to cook fresh chicken. The absolute worst. 😤😤😤😤😤

Waited in line for 20 minutes. Had to place my order twice. Never got to finish my order before I just pulled off. Every time I was told “hold on” after asking for my order. So I just left pulled tf off. 20 minutes waiting to get to the ordering screen. 10 minutes waiting at the ordering screen to place my order. Popeyes is getting so ridiculous man. Idk maybe we do need them damn robots to handle business.
For picking up chicken at 9:30 at night, we got juicy chicken!

This place certainly doesn't deserve one star. Yoh walk in to be ignored, and can be sure your order will take longer than it ever should to be ready, NO MATTER WHAT you order....and that's if they even have it. About the generic business response, it's literally been a horrible place for yrs. The last 2 days Ive waited 15 to 30 mins for orders. Yall most CERTAINLY DO NOT strive for excellence.

Went in for lunch today and enjoyed the food and employees. Great group of people and the service was fantastic. I truly enjoyed the apple pies. Going back for more.
