This place certainly doesn't deserve one star. Yoh walk in to be ignored, and can be sure your order will take longer than it ever should to be ready, NO MATTER WHAT you order....and that's if they even have it. About the generic business response, it's literally been a horrible place for yrs. The last 2 days Ive waited 15 to 30 mins for orders. Yall most CERTAINLY DO NOT strive for excellence.

Went in for lunch today and enjoyed the food and employees. Great group of people and the service was fantastic. I truly enjoyed the apple pies. Going back for more.

They steal from you here… you order and pay and they ask you to pull around and wait and they never bring the food out and closed/locked the door on me

We tried to eat lunch here, but when we went in all the employees were bagging and prepping food. No one wait on us even though they were all aware that there was a line of people waiting. After 10 minutes we left. The bathrooms were not being cleaned. There was no soap or paper towels in either restroom.

Big box is back....great. only car in the drive thru. Have not been here in a long time because they cannot get the order correct. Ordered a big box 2 piece white spicey, fries and Cloe slaw. Review my order at the window. Review the receipt. All correct. Get my food and drive home...10 minutes. Open the box. I have 2 classic thighs. Never again will I go to this popeyes.

I recently stopped by Popeyes and had a decent experience. The fried chicken was crispy and flavorful, with a good amount of seasoning. The biscuits were soft and buttery, definitely a highlight of the meal. The fries were a little saltier than I expected. The staff was friendly and my order was ready pretty quickly. Overall, it’s a reliable option if you're in the mood for some comfort food.

I waited 35 minutes for my food, ordered through drive thru as asked to pull to fordt slot, 35 minutes later I went in and waited another 20 minutes bc they forgot about me. Food was great and hot, but 55 minutes and forgotten about.
