Our experience was positive and negative. Positive is food was delicious. Negative would be that we waited an hour for our food (not complaining about the wait)when the food came out it was cold. I ordered no cheese but really wasn’t a big deal because I was able to remove it because it did not melt due to food being cold. Fries, onion rings, hamburger and Philly cheese steak were all cold. Again food was good.

I ordered the $8 BBQ burger and knew it only came with the burger, no fries, chips, or drink. So for that price I was expecting a nice size burger. The patty was the size of a breakfast sausage and did not even cover the size of the bun. Contacted them and sent a pic to them and was told it looked like it covered the bun to them. The male I spoke to was sarcastic, condescending, and rude. Pic in comments for reference.

I stopped in on Saturday to try a burger and man oh man what a great burger. When they handed it to me I said “no way I’ll eat this whole burger”. Needless to say, I did, every delicious bite of it. I went back Sunday with my wife for the plate lunch. She had the meatball stew and I had the brisket - Wow! We left there stuffed with leftovers for a great lunch at work Monday. We highly recommend Roux 31. Great home cooked style real Cajun food and just downright wonderful Cajun people cooking and serving it up.

don't change a thing!! keep it up!! I've never heard my husband say how fantastic some one else's food was. last Sundays plate lunch was 10/10. that potato salad and those green beans are to die for. tonight we got regular menu items and again he was over the moon. not often I hear that many compliments come out his mouth. I much rather spend 27$ here than at sonic! please consider saving a few plate lunches for when us working people get off at 5 and don't feel like cooking! I hope yall continue to soar and do amazing things!
