We drive from Lafayette to Breaux Bridge, because the food and service here are always top shelf!I had the Carnitas, and my wife had the Hacienda Potato, which has to be the largest baked potato that I have ever seen! It was full of grilled shrimp, chicken, Mexican sausage, and cheese. She said that it was To Die For! We also had the guacamole, salsa, and chips. We can't get enough of Hacienda Real Mexican Restaurant!
Chips were stale. Food was pretty good though. I had the body builder burrito and turns out, the guacamole is inside the burrito. I would have preferred it on the side. I should have asked for more cheese on the side as there wasn't much overflow on the plate. Delicious flavors and charming atmosphere. Fast service.
