Find Breaux Bridge's best Mexican restaurants right here.
“Although the Breaux Bridge area did not need another restaurant that offers Mexican fare, I am delighted that the owners decided to open one anyway! If I had to use just a few words to describe this place, those words would be flavorful, friendly, HOT, and fresh. I have patronized this establishment 3 times within the past 2 months and I will say that whether you phone in and pick up or dine in, the staff is upbeat, helpful, and very friendly. On my most recent trip, I was craving salad so I settled on the Fajita salad with shrimp, steak, and chicken. Everything was fresh, very well seasoned, and sitting in a crispy bowl. The waitress made sure to pack my bag with a huge serving of freshly fried chips and a nice helping of their house made salsa (something they always do). Mixing a bit of the salsa with the ranch dressing made for a ridiculously delicious addition to the salad. Definitely check this place out and make sure to order a tamale. Although I have disliked tamales my entire life, this place has totally changed my mind and turned me into a tamale lover!“
“The food is great here. Mahi Mahi a la Marina is fresh, light, and SO flavorful. The Alex burrito is huge, dense, and the meat was excellent. Staff is always super friendly and attentive. I would not advise seating under a speaker if you want to hold a conversation though. Music was nice, and gave atmosphere, but a little loud.“
“Placed an online order but they forgot an entire 3 Taco Supremes that were listed at the top of the receipt. Had to go back in and wait for them to make the Tacos. Staff and Management need to pay attention to each order and not rush orders "off the screen" just to improve drive thru and pickup orders. Accuracy is more important than speed and TB Corporate needs to push Accuracy of orders versus Speed of Service. All this does is delay future orders.“
“Surprisingly great food! I saw people mention this place and their birria tacos on FB so we decided to give it a try. Man I'm glad we did! My girlfriend and I both said these were some of the best birria tacos we had ever had. We also got my daughter some take out and for a simple rice/chicken/cheese dish it was very good. It's also very affordable with food for 4 coming in under $100 with tip. I would highly recommend La Fiesta to anyone looking for a birria fix.“
“The staff is excellent and the food/adult beverages are on point, we highly recommend. I think if you would Post on your page more often about the great entertainment you have from Wednesday through Friday including karaoke the place will stay packed.“
“I was in search for an authentic taqueria to cater my sister's birthday party. Ulises took care of my communications and order and did an amazing job. Placing the order was painless and he even delivered it! He arrived on time for the party and everything was set up nicely in trays. He does offer the capability to bring the trailer to you for fresh food which is what I may do for next time. We will be a repeat customer for sure.“
“Such a great find while traveling through! I'd come back here 10/10 so good, authentic, and great portions/value.Got the vegetarian quesadilla- amazing! Guac and rice with it. The steak burrito, and birria tacos with consume ?? f taco bellzsht ?“
“Our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area! The food never disappoints! They have the best chips and salsa, and the chori-queso is sooooo good. We always get the pollo loco and fajita chicken quesadilla as our meals. Definitely try this place out!“
“My favorite food truck in Lafayette. The #9 Tacos (with al pastor) for $8 is my go-to item. The pickled carrots on the side are great. Used to split the meat choice with 2 al pastor and 2 lengue tacos, until the server occasionally wanted to add an additional charge of $3+ for the beef tongue. A bottle of Jarritos Mandarin is $3.“
“We drive from Lafayette to Breaux Bridge, because the food and service here are always top shelf!I had the Carnitas, and my wife had the Hacienda Potato, which has to be the largest baked potato that I have ever seen! It was full of grilled shrimp, chicken, Mexican sausage, and cheese. She said that it was To Die For! We also had the guacamole, salsa, and chips. We can't get enough of Hacienda Real Mexican Restaurant!“
