honestly if i could give them a zero i would i threw most of my food away… service from the AI chat bot was absolutely wonderful thats why yall got the one star. i pulled up to the window and sat there patiently it was no rush… suddenly window flys open and this woman literally threw the bag out the window at me “here you go” she says as shes doing it i say thank you and get a “mhm” back im a pretty patient person lol until i get home and start to unwrap the food…. soft taco contained 90% tortilla 110% lettuce and -.03% of meat and cheese lol no joke i wont complain about the rest i just really hope they decide to do better

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever eaten yet. My experience with the service 7 out of 10 times equals excellent...

This place was absolutely filthy. I imagine the employees go home and sit in the same kind of filth cause otherwise how could you not want to wipe something down? Ew. Spend your money elsewhere. We just wanted something quick on a roadtrip and this was a waste of money. This place should be shut down.

We were traveling and stopped here. The dining area was dirty, the tables were dirty, the floors were sticky and some of the food was cold.
Every time i order food from this location i always have to return because they’ve always forgotten part or most of my order
Thr tacos were almost meatless. Just the shell and lettuce, tomatoes and cheese
Horrible AI taking orders and doesn't understand, you constantly repeat and lady at the window just stands at the window and doesn't open it looks at customers like they are the stupid ones.. Poor customer service no more business from us! Horrible place
There's no way a high dollar menu item posted on every commercial or sign should come out looking like it has .50 cent worth of ingredients. Cantina chicken burrito had almost no ingredients inside of it and the grilled steak burrito atleast had some rice inside and cheese on the Outside. They were almost as flat as a quesadilla . Just sad when fast food cost so much now and they can't even make it with a little better quality . Just these 2 cost me almost 15 bucks.
No personal contact at all except when order was ready they called name but that was all how can a business stay open like that

I live in Texas and was visiting family in Breaux Bridge. I stopped at Taco Bell for a late dinner. Before I received my food I was blown away at the drive thru order box by team member Anaysha C. She pleasantly greeted me including asking how I was doing.
Anaysha C. is the best greeter in all of Louisiana and made me feel like a VIP. When I pulled up to the pickup window I had to meet this amazing young lady and compliment her. Of course the food was fresh and delicious, however, when I return to Breaux Bridge I will visit this Taco Bell again because of Anaysha C. She is a superstar and I pray she has a successful career and prosperous life.

Of all the DoorDash and dine in orders I’ve had, the Rees St Taco Bell gets 5 stars, the atmosphere easily better than the Johnston st Taco Bell. The workers are great and helpful, and the manager is helpful and attentive to guests too. The Catina crispy chicken taco is my favorite. Can’t wait to try the chalupa crispy chicken taco!
If you do order from Taco Bell, add up your meal with a sweet Baja Blast??
Parking: 3 spaces in the front, 2 are handicaps, 8 spaces on the right, at the entrance, and 10+ spaces on the left at the exit.
Kid-friendliness: A sunlit dining area from each side of the building, casual easy listening playlists, and the staff aren’t talkative or loud or noisy. A really enjoyable environment for family and single or couple dining guests alike.
