Tasteless crawfish poboy, limp french fries. In general, not on par with other Fezzos locations we have tried.

Ate here with my family yesterday and genuinely had some of the best, well-informed, service in years. Shoutout to Ashton for his service…Restaurant was PACKED with birthdays and families and we never went without. It was my husbands first meal home with his family from deployment 10/10 time.

Extremepy busy and long wait time Even with reservations, my overall experience at the restaurant ended up being a mix of positives and frustrations. From the moment we walked in, the first thing that stood out was the noise level. It wasn’t just lively — it was extremely loud, to the point where holding a normal conversation felt like a challenge. The layout didn’t help either. The hallways and walkways were so tight that moving around required squeezing past other guests and staff, which made the space feel cramped and uncomfortable. It created a sense of constant congestion that took away from what could have been a more relaxed dining atmosphere.

As for the food, it was okay. Not terrible, not exceptional — just average. The dishes were edible and reasonably prepared, but nothing stood out as memorable or worth returning specifically for. Given the price point and the overall buzz surrounding the restaurant, I expected a bit more in terms of flavor and presentation. It wasn’t disappointing enough to complain about, but it also didn’t leave a lasting impression.

The true highlight of the evening, however, was our waiter. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Despite the hectic environment, he remained attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. He checked on us frequently without being intrusive, anticipated what we needed before we even asked, and handled everything with professionalism and genuine warmth. His service elevated the entire experience and was easily the best part of our visit..

We went for the first time last night and it was an amazing experience from top to bottom. Brennan was our server and he was excellent. Spinach dip with pita bread was good, oyster sampler was great, but we were most impressed with both the fried and the grilled alligator. It's hard to find a restaurant that gets the texture and seasoning of gator spot on, but they got it! Definitely will return.

My family and I started a tradition on my mom’s anniversary of her passing to get crawfish in honor of her memory. This year was a lot harder for me and my aunt and I went to get crawfish, the staff and the managers took the hardest day and made it better. They truly treat you with kindness and on top the food is in credible. And the atmosphere is just amazing the dining rooms are beautiful. The seasoning for the crawfish are just incredible. And I will be going back each year for the crawfish. I highly recommend going you won’t be disappointed!
